what is this wick material kind?

I am try to make atomizer homemade (because e-cig is pan in my Country)
first problem (burned teast) i use cotton instant of wick because i do not know what is that wick and where i can get it from egypt
some body say (fiber - silica - cotton ) plz don,t say those misstry word say what is used for to bay from
like( Pillow - Salary - Carpets) something like that and what is used for else e-cig

scend problem (nical crome wire) i found that in 2 mm dos not have ohm for it it looks like that wire use in photo and i messure it about 3 ohm after roling but i can not make more than 3 roling to get red heat and it is very slow to heat
i think it worng wire maybe
i use mobile battary 3.7 v 900 mah with blastec Injected

any body can help me especially from Egypt

There is a type of atomizer that is becoming popular in the "modding" community that uses wire mesh to do the wicking.
And it is also a completely rebuildable kind of atomizer, too!

but it will be pan in airport (e-cig and all parts is deny)

You should be able to get the parts for a rebuildable atty through, they are not obviously e-cigarette related, and then the consumables' are really just stainless steel mesh or silica or ceramic rope and kanthal wire. I doubt they'd be banned. If you can get verified here (http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/announcements-rules/283955-how-become-verified-member.html), you can jump over to the classified section and see if there is any for sale there.

This Verification Process is kind of difficult for new guys like us (specially for ones like me who never bought anything here yet, use Western Union and never used Pay Pal, with no or little previous purchases from eBay)

in egypt my friend get boge cartomizer with usps and it pan. in Egypt they know will what is e-cig parts
they deal with it as drug.
so i have no hope to get any part (expt battery) from any way fedx or usps

i have order it will come with one friends come in 10-5(i hope it come easy in his bag) but i know will it will need cartomaizers every 2 month so i need to make it homemade to not get back to normal cig

Hey, hany3h, are you handy with tools and such? Or do you know people who are?

I think it would be easiest if you could make your own Genesis-style atomizers.

Any modders around here who can help him out? Where can we find some schematics of a Genisis atty? It is a very simple device in fact, just difficult to make from scratch without the proper tools.

It's amazing how much people chatter in these threads and the the signal-to-noise ratio is infinitesimal I thought by this time someone could have come up with a plain how-to build instruction set.

the wick material is silica rope. You can find a company that sells the braided rope, buy a ft and it will produce 1000's of wicks. Do a search on this site for how to make a wick and you will get instructions on how to make a safe wick with products that you can buy

in usa you search for silica wick and you will find in scond but in egypt you will not untill you know what is used for to search for it

but you give me a idea there is must be name of this silica rope in arabic
like if you say to me "Wool rope" if i search with this name in egypt i will get nothing it must be translated to arabic and search with name "حبل صوف" or as you hear it with your ear "hapl sof" that is the real name of wool rope in arabic
so
the rope in arabic is "hapl" but i search for silica no any translat for it so that is why i can not find it so i asking for any other Industry use the same material to search fir it

may be it is short name or shortcut for name
or maybe its silk rope
or Glass wool
or Fiber glass wool (but i hear that is very dengrus for Sniffing with nose)
my mind will explode but i am sure with your and forum helps i will get after while easy only for the first time it stuck
