I found this shiny wrap in my bag of loot from VapeBash. What does it go on? I figure it's a mod wrap, but not for anything I currently own. Please help. Thanks!

Ha! That sort of happened to me. My first ego kit came with a Europe charger instead of US one. I told hubby we had to take a trip to Europe so I could use it.
