Hey there. Does anyone know what this is? The website I've found it claims to be an atomizer and it is selling it for 3 bucks. No idea, but if its truly an atomizer, man i'll buy it, might come in handy one day. It's 3 bucks after all.

It is an atomizer. But looks like one that will only fit a specific mod/battery. I don't think it'll snap on to a mod using the industry standard (which isn't all that standard) 510 connection. So while it may be an atomizer it's of no utility without the battery/bottom part. Maybe someone will recognize it and direct you to the correct mate for that item.
Some sort of cartridge/pod system most likely. Some of them look quite weird. For 3 bucks, well, I'd imagine you get what you pay for but it looks proprietary meaning you are going to need whatever power source it attaches to. I think.
