Exactly as the description says, WTH is wrong?

I read so many e-liquid reviews and watch videos on youtube about juice reviews, etc etc.
I wanted a real good tobacco flavor liquid, I have tried so many different ones now from FSUSA and VB.

Most every single tobacco flavor I tried other then shade has a harsh pepper taste, to me and my dad it smells exactly like Tabasco sauce and vapes just like Tabasco sauce tastes.

I tried over 8 different tobacco flavors and any everyone other then shade tastes the same (nasty Tabasco sauce taste)

Is it just me and my dad or is anyone else getting the same smell and taste?

I've tried some tobacco flavors from freedomsmokeusa and never noted the tobasco sauce taste. I have noted a pepper taste with some, not harsh though, that's one reason I like the Wyatt Earp which is my fav so far but it can be on the strong side with TH and flavor for some, everyones taste is different. I found mellow sunset to be a nice simple light tobacco vape, ymmv.

I don't think anything is wrong with your test buds or the juices you've been trying. Depending on how long it's been or if you still are on analogs that can throw your senses way off base. Also understand you aren't going to find a tobacco flavor that vapes exactly like a analog smokes. Two completely different process and about 4000 less chemicals involved in vaping.

Some things you can try are getting juices at different nic levels. Sometimes the higher nic levels can make the flavor seem to harsh. Also the PG/VG mix can play a roll. More VG can give more visible vapor but subdue the flavor somewhat. More PG can enhance the flavor while not giving off as much vapor. Whatever mixture you're trying you might want to go a little heavier on the VG.

Don't give up and keep at it. It took several weeks after I stared to find a juice that I could finally trash the analogs and haven't had the urge for one since. You'll get there, it can just take a little more time for some than others.

Do you get that with non-tobacco flavored juices as well?

I'm wondering if it's your hardware (atomizer, cartomizer, etc).
Good call, was thinking the same thing. Anyway, my recent fav is USA mix. Got a 5ml free sample and flew through it... a tear came to my eye as the last drop entered my atty :D Got 50ml on the way

I have been vaping for over a month now and been off analogs for over 3 months now. I got a free sample of American Spirit from FSUSA and I am really enjoying it, surprisinly though because it has that smell of Tabasco sauce, but it doesn't taste like it when I vape it. I really like this one and will incorporate it in my liquid top 5.

Nope it's just the tobacco flavor ones, it's nothing with my hardware. I don't use cartomizers, just attys and cartridges or drip tips.
Sweet flavors to me are delicious, but I recently got a sample of American spirit from FSUSA and I am loving it!

Huh. I have RY4 and Wyatt Earp from FSUSA and I love them both. The Wyatt Earp is waaay too strong at 24 mg so I'm going to order some in a lower nic level (I like a medium level, 11/12 mg). With the Wyatt Earp in particular, I feel like I should go outside - that's how tobacco-ish it is to me. Definitely will be a regular in my flavor rotation. I don't get tabasco or pepper from either of them. They are the only tobacco flavors I've ever vaped.

It's so weird how we all get something different from the same juice.
