I've been vaping my Virginia (born 8/22) pretty steady since yesterday and luvin it also. Since I only ordered 10 ml to try, I can see I'm going to have to re-order when Don gets back.

I ran out the other day... :(

When he gets back, I'm grabbing 30ml, if not more. After a two week steep it turns into a golden elixir that worked great in everything I have.

I also really like Virginia. As far as 555 vs 555e the difference is huge, it's a love it or hate it thing. I found 555 a little floral for my taste, and crisp if that makes sense. The exotic (to me) is more rich, sweeter yet stronger somehow, darker (notes not color) and here's something else:

One of my favorite ice creams is Haagen Dazs Caramel Cone Explosion, I ate some the other day and upon putting it away and reaching for my REO, I realized for the first time that there it has something in common with 555E. Some nuance definitely shared, today I ate a few more bites and again came away with that familiar...something.

Obviously the flavors are very different in the vape vs the ice cream, but whether it's a hint of the same kind of sweetener, caramel, or some such, I now know it had something to do with instantly loving the Exotic.

TL;DR: 555E is gewd.

Thanks dopeh! Sounds like the regular would be more my speed, but I'll grab some of both to be sure. :)

Is 555/555e a regular on the site, or is it like the nigh-mythical RY4?

I've never tried pear or the nutty, but malty mixes damn well with just about anything. Lately I've been a big fan of Ry4+Caramel Cappucino and even though I didn't care for 555E immediately, it was surprisingly good with Ry4 in the mix (plenty of woody and nutty flavor, with the semi-sweet bite of Ry4).

100% Casablanca is still what I prefer, but I've been getting creative trying to find some delicious mixes with that as well.

I got a few small bottles of mandarin, orange, and lemon to fiddle with and mixed a 3ml bottle of Vanilla Bean/Orange and although the orange isn't the best the mix translates very well to a vape...almost like a creamsicle.

Yes.....I'm boring. After trying almost all of Don's eliquids, I always come back to the artist formerly known as Maxboro....that is BacKo. I do enjoy some of the other different flavors once in a while, but as a daily vape, I need my BacKo. Nothing against the other flavors, I just use what works the best for me. Hell, it's helped keep me off the analogs for about 9 months now! "Thanks again Don!"

Pear is really good, as is HFN. I just thought that since honey and pear go well in desserts, it would work in a vape.

I like how Nutty tastes like hazelnuts (I was expecting peanuts or almonds). Shame nobody has a decent chocolate, because a Nutella-style flavor would be awesome.

I've got a hard time with straight Casablanca. Just isn't my cup o' tea, so I tried mixing a little black currant in with it.

Bad idea. *shudder*

We should have a mix thread going on.

I agree, for some reason I haven't ordered any nutty or hazelnut flavors (except 555e which is definitely nutty to me) but Nutella is the bomb and I though several times that it would make a great vape. It would be hard to perfect though, but Don seems to have a good taste for his flavor ratios...if anyone could do it I would venture to say it would be him.

No doubt. I'm still working my way through Dons' menu, looking for my favorites. So far, I love a well-steeped Virginia, and HFN and Melonbacco are growing on me, but I'm still looking for another one or two must haves.

Pear, HFN, Malty, and Nutty are great mixers, so far. :)

/Need to try Peach, the coffees, the 555s, and the elusive RY4 and Hunter blend.

I've yet to try Hunter's Blend, its been the most elusive to me (I don't think I've seen it in stock since I first viewed backwoodsbrew.net). I tell myself I'm not going to make any juice orders for awhile, but as soon as I see Hunter's Blend in stock I might have to nab me a sampler along with some Virginia and/or Backo.
