Rocky Mountain Vaper has always had excellent customer service. This is my go to for hardware. Nicoticket is 1+ for liquid. Between these two vendors I can get everything to keep me smoke free!!!!

Kidneypuncher for sampling RBA items and stuff I can't find anywhere else.

Halo mainly for the Sub-Zero e-juice that will knock me out of the temptation of smoking a regular cigarette.

Vapor Beast has fast shipping with exceptional, generous customer service including phone support. That means they weed out the worst of the Chinese QC issues and flat-out junk. I've always tried to put a retailer with outstanding customer service between me and Chinese manufactured goods. Better the QC issues are the retailers rather than mine. It works very well to cut down aggravation for things other than vaping as well.
