By the by, just wondering about Alice in Vapeland? Any suggestions would be quite appreciated.

I ordered their A little bit of everything sample which is exactly that. I was overall very impressed, it's very tasty juice. Personally I won't ever consider them a go to vendor or favorite vendor just because of the ridiculous process time and inconvenient hours of operation. Out of the samples I fell in love with their Tea but then shortly found another vendor who does it better so there went that need, leaving me with one flavor I really really like and if I happen to catch them while they are open I'll order a bottle. So it's become more of a happy if I catch it thing and not a must have. Just my personal feeling though, I know there are so many who will wait patiently for that 12 hour window to open every Tuesday night.

I'm a HUGE fan of Alice in Vapeland juices, but they have become so popular that they are having a tough time keeping up with demand. If you are impatient, they may not be for you, but believe me, their juice is WELL worth the wait. I buy Twas Brillig and Zombie Apocalypse by the 60ml bottle...

I also like Heathers Heavenly Vapes. Quick shipping and fantastic flavors.

For hardware, I like AquaVaporCigs for general stuff like eGos, Vivi Novas, and small parts. I get hardware from all over though. Got my first VV/VW mod (an AcryliMax) from MadVapes, and like them a lot.

I loke PB Dragon too--some of their juices are VERY unique, and they always have a great selection of reasonably-priced drip tips...

AIV is really my favorite juice vendor. They are a cut above all others with what they do. Their attention to detail, lovingly packed vapemail is like a little treasure chest when you finally get it. They're doing juice at a level above the others.

The key to AIV is to manage your expectations correctly. If you need your juice now, they are not the place. If you want no frills, plastic bottles in a bag arriving 3-4 days after you order, they are not for you. If you want someone open 24/7 doing business in bulk, they are not for you.

However, if you are willing to be patient, understand that it will be at least 2 weeks after you order, and manage your personal juice stocks accordingly.....you will be rewarded with wonderful, personal attention to YOU. Your vapemail is carefully, lovingly packed just for you....in a cute little box decorated by local artisans. A thank you note with your name on it. A really nice glass bottle with a glass dropper....black/gold label.....a little charm hanging from the neck.....it's really a special treat for you. Once you get your first AIV vapemail, you will understand that customer service at that level takes time. You can't rush it, you can't ramp up production.

Send them an email telling them how happy you are and you'll get a personal, conversational reply from the owners themselves....not some form email everyone gets.

AIV is customer service at a level rarely found today. The Rabbit Hole opens Tuesday's at 10:59 EDT, and depending on demand they can close in a few hours, or I've even seen them open until lunch the next day. (Wednesday). Best to do your shopping Tuesday night, so that when they open just add what you've already picked out to your cart and checkout. Then keep an eye on their Twitter and FaceBook links and they'll update which orders are going out. Remember, 2 weeks, give or take a few days either side. They're doing this for the joy of doing it well, making people happy and selling great juice. NOT to get rich or build a huge business.
