What is your method to transfer liter of nicotine to 30ml amber glass bottles?

Hmm.. can you not use the 100mg VG right from the freezer and just put it back? From what I hear it doesn't freeze, right? I'm sure it's even thicker when cold.. but if not that, what about the fridge?

Another thought I had was, can I just put the plastic WizardLabs container in the freezer, and continually fill up one 50ml glass bottle for use? Is there anything wrong with storing it in the plastic if it's in the freezer?

What is the largest size glass bottle you like to store nic base in? I was thinking about getting a large quantity of 100mg nic VG and storing it in the freezer.. I don't have any amber glass bottles yet, but I will buy them.. just not sure how big I should go! What about for longterm storage, should they still be in smaller glass bottles?

I use 100% VG based nic in 60 ml brown glass bottles. I think 30 is too small and 60 ml seems good plus half the amount of bottles needed

I had a collection of Badger Glass paint Jars.
Realizing the light in the freezer goes off and I would be packing all the jars in a Box wrapped individually and the box wrapped, I opted to use the clear jars and save money.
I don't think the Nicotine knows the jar is clear in the Dark.

I use 4oz clear canning jars to store my PG and VG and when I break out a new 2oz bottle of 100ml NIC in VG, I put it in a canning jar and dilute down to 48ml because that was the first strength I bought and all my recipes use that strength. I also put my NIC in a dark plastic container to cut out the light issue. Probably doesn't matter that much.

It doesn't freeze but you still need to bring it to room temperature before opening it. Once you open it while frozen, it causes condensation inside the bottle that can effect your nic. Wait til it comes to room temperature, then open it. That's why it's best to use smaller amounts and not keep exposing the big batch every time.

Ah I didn't even think of the condensation.. Good call. So storing in plastic in the freezer, yay or nay?
I've got 500ml of 60mg VG coming soon, and would like to stock up even more in the future (100mg just in case!) and not too sure how I would store 50+ small glass bottles! I don't have a ton of room.. It would definitely be more convenient for me, at least space wise, to store a large plastic jug and bring it down to room temp when I need to refill. I suppose I could order one or two really big glass bottles and do the same, though!

From wizard labs? That would be great. I've gotten a much smaller bottle from them that was plastic (only ordered once before).. I'd be pretty happy if it already came in glass!

I'm picky about my nic. I sterilize my bottles and syringes for transferring it too. I want to be able to boil my bottles and they are nicer. Glass doesn't allow breathing like plastic does, or possible leaching, as far as I understand it.

I'm not sure about WL. I get mine from myfreedomsmokes.com. I don't usually get 100 mg nic and I think that's all WL sells, unless I'm remembering wrong. I prefer using 48 or 60 mg. then I don't have to worry as much. Plus I even got a slight headache transferring a bunch of 48 mg, so that's strong enough that I want to mess with.

I prefer using 48 or 60 mg. then I don't have to worry as much. Plus I even got a slight headache transferring a bunch of 48 mg, so that's strong enough that I want to mess with.

Yeah WL has others, I got 18mg first and have 60mg coming.. My target is 18mg.. And yeah 60mg is probably plenty for me.. I just get worried about the FDA taxing or even banning the nicotine.. I would love to be to get a years worth at least, just to have stashed away.. Maybe I could buy a very small mini fridge/freezer to store it.

Ps did you get a headache from simply breathing it in?

Like you, I went with 60 mg because 100 makes me a tad nervous. And thanks to you and Kurt I settled on 50 ml amber glass euro capped bottles. Seemed a nice balance of larger size and convenient filling.

My nic is my most environmentally vulnerable and second most expensive component for my jooses. I don't want to take da chance of plastic leaching and/or nic deterioration; ergo amber or cobalt blue bottles fer moi!

I used a chemical respirator to transfer. The fumes are probably the scariest part because you won't know if you've been exposed too much until you start to feel sick. I'm sure adequate ventilation is enough. I think of it like paint fumes. Does anybody know how toxic the fumes really are?
