What Items do I need to refill carts

I bought a Vapor king from vapor4life.com and I bought liquid from another site to refill with. I haven't gotten anything yet so in my search to learn more about refilling I saw that a needle, tiny funnel, gloves are needed for refilling. Should I buy all that or is it necessary? Also the filler that looks like cotton. Do you change that everytime you refill the cart?

The cartos that you will be using have their own filler that most folks do not replace. I've heard of it being done a time or two, but I think that was more of an experiment. Below is a link to a video that shows an easy way to do a refill. There are a number of ways, but this is the probably the easiest.
