I just bought be some blue foam and am planning on modding my carts with it. I've read a bit about juices that are 'thin' and 'thick' and all that and I'm just curious as to what juices you would recommend (what brand? / blend?) that gives optimal use with blue foam?
What juice do you recommend for blue foam carts?

You need to try it, if you have thin juice you may need to cut a bigger piece than with thick juice.
I got some blue foam that was precut in 1/2" squares & tried it. This is smaller than I have seen rec here.
Then I cut it in 1/2, put 1/2 in to push up & other 1/2 on top so it's about 1" x 1/4". Working great w/ typical e-liquid like Halo & Dekang PG.

It really doesnt matter but for juice I reccomend strictlyejuice.com they now carry VG and 36mg.
PG based juices tend to be thinner and wick better. The also give more of a TH. VG based juice is thicker and doesn't wick quit as fast. It is sweeter than PG and produces Much more vapor but less TH.
Many people like a mix of the two so they look for 50% PG and 50% VG. I personaly like 20% PG and 80% VG. TH isn't that important. I want fog.

Okay.. I am more thinking on terms of the juices ability to reach the wick through the foam from full to dry. Don't want it flooding or getting stuck. From what I'm gathering here I maybe should go with a 50/50?
50:50 juice is a great ballance between TH and amount of vapor. It is also offered by many vendors.
If you want to fine tune the ratio, check out sites like www.vaporbomb.com
They offer their juice in many different ratios
Try vapor bomb out and try a few different mixes they let you mix what ever ratio of vg to pg you would like. That way you can see what works best for you. That is what I did before I started dripping.
Well, awesome vapor leaks through teh blue foam.. TW does not... IDK what their PG/VG ratio is...
