I punch my own boge cartos. On my fixed or mechanical mods I just use the low resistance boges. If I use a kick or on my provari I will use standard resistance boge.
Standard resistance boges are usually reading 2.5-2.8 and I use about 8 watts or in voltage value around 4.8-5 volts.
On low resistance on my non kicked mechanical mods I don't have much choice.
