Like cjf1961- I am making my own. I also fill my own cartos.
Takes a modest amount of time, but I usually do the mixing at one time on a weekend.
With DIY, I can adjust PG/VG for vapor and TH, as well as flavor and NIC strength: all vary based on the particular flavor.
I am now using 18mg during the day, but then cut down to 10 mg in the evening.
(DIY is also quite a bit cheaper than pre-made, but again may not be for everyone)

24mg all day. Just the right TH and still plenty of flavor.

I'm at 24mg. I have a lot of 18mg stuff but end up adding some nic juice to up the level. The throat hit just isnt there for me. I may eventually get down to 18mg, but I have to vape too much to get a satisfactory hit. I'm going to experiment with hv box mods to see if that helps with the satisfaction levels.

24 mg. all day every day. Not messing with perfection for me. The only reason I would change that is for taste and TH. I'm not worried at all about nicotine level. I think we get far less nicotine vaping than we think we do. Someone posted their blood tests chain vaping 36 and it bears that out.

I do have some 30 around when I need something stronger but seem to lose my voice if I vape it too often. Tastes the same though.

Thanks, every one normally acts like I committed a crime when I admit to what I vape. But heck I smoked for 27 years, of course it's hard to quit.

It's so funny to me that people get so freaked out about nicotine levels. Hello. We were all smoking cigarettes, it's not like we're new to the stuff or our system can't take it. I read on the board somewhere that we probably get about 10% of the nicotine in the juice. Yea, you can probably vape too much and make yourself sick. But I think you have a better chance of doing that smoking cigarettes than vaping.
