I think I'm on the road to 0 nic. I know it has some positive effects, but I want to be free of any dependency. I'm dripping at 1.5-3 now and started in the 20's 2 years ago. I'm thinking I'll switch 1/2 my juice order to 0 next month. My biggest problem is I chain vape more for clouds and flavor than I ever smoked (unless I was shooting pool, billiards made me turn into a chimney)
I smoked at 0 nkc for three months.

You are smokibg more because it is enjoyable comparing to smoking, where if you chain smoked three cigs you would have nausea and desire to throw up.
Those are safety mechanisms that are saying a: too much nicotine, and b: too much residuals of smoke in the lungs.

Now that doesn't happen anymore and you have the flavour so...

I started high, figured high nic would really help when I finally quit analogs completely. After starting at 24mg and doing well, I went down to 18mg about a month later. My husband and I both didn't really consider going down any further for almost 8 months. We wanted to make sure we were completely free of any other withdrawal symptoms from the hundreds of other addictive substances in analogs. It really is about harm reduction so to me it's not a huge deal to start coming down in mg early on. After 2 years we are both at 3mg nic and haven't considered 0 as of yet. I DIY all of my juice so it makes it really easy to work your way down slowly.

Started at 12mg 8 months ago, down to 6mg for 4 or so. Once in awhile had a cigar while fishing but have since discovered some quality NET's that take care of that craving. May try going to 3mg but I believe the nicotene addiction is very low right now, I have gone a over a day without vaping and wasn't climbing the walls so could probably quit but it's too damn enjoyable.
