It can be a number of things I guess. Like some take extra care with presentation and packaging, like Alice in Vapeland, which seems many are very fond of. They also have a unique "flavor profile" that sets them apart. They probably have some super secret special sauce. :)

Also some makes their own flavor extracts from scratch and not using ready-made flavoring, like Heather's Heavenly Vapes, which are my favorite.

I have to disagree with AIV juice, thats just too much presentation... I want the damn juice! And not willing to wait 3 weeks for a bottle so I choose not to purchase even though Zombie apocalypse is good. For me, I just want good natural tasting juice with no chemical like flavors.

I totally agree, they are not for me either, but there seems many do really like their packaging a lot, so I'm sure it's a factor. :)

Generally, it means nothing and is just a marketing term. For companies that stock a few different grades it means it cost them 10% more to produce and they charge you 50% more.

for personal use, it means you bought the best ingredients you could find even if they cost 50% more and improved the juice by 3%.

I think what you're looking for is "Premium Juice Crystals" and you just dissolve them in a little PG and add to taste, sort of like EM.

Don't add too much though, or your PET bottle will turn into amber glass. You will know once you've gone overboard, because your amber glass bottle will then begin to sprout fancy label graphics and cute little charms near the lid.

As title stated, what makes e-juice "premium" besides it tasting good? So I get you use high quality extracts and nicotine, but is there some type of special ingredient? I'd like to know because I'm starting to get into DIY and I want to make some good stuff for myself.

Once your juice has no 'bad' ingredients in it, which no juice should have, IMO 'premium' has no meaning other than an attempt at gaining market advantage. In my experience flavor is subjective and price has no bearing on it. My diy juice satisfies me. My premium juice satisfies me too.

I charge myself the same for both  :thumb:

I think the ingredients used by every vendor, premium or non, are all similar. There are exceptions.. some places steep their own, so they can say its unique, exclusive, etc etc. But what you're really paying for is the talent of the mixer.. much like a chef can make a quality dish from simple ingredients. That, or you're being suckered in by clever marketing and tricked into believing you're getting a superior product.. this happens a lot.
