What MG juice works for you?

I *used* to smoke 3 packs a day full flavor "native" brand.
I use 36 mg juice. 24 just doesn't do it for me.
Hubby smoked 1 pack a day (sometimes 1 1/2 on weekends)
I am NOT buying 2 different strengths of juice, so he just vapes a lot less than I do.

I haven't had a puff off a cigarette since 1996 but have been an occasional to regular cigar smoker since then.
A few puffs of 36 mg buzzes me out quick but I can handle 24 mg in limited quantities. I generally cut to 12 mg and that's pretty nice. I have to work mighty dang hard to go through 2 ml in a day

You don't have to. Just cut the 36mg with some PG to the desired level for your husband.
I was using 16mg and still smoking about 3 smokes a day then went up to 36 and stoped smoking cutting back to 24 and 18 now and still not smoking I will cut back as much as I can to quit smoking and vaping

started off at "high" carts, that was too much for me, so when i ordered liquid i went for medium. now i mostly vape in the low range, i've been esmoking since february.

Former pack and a half a day full flavor analog user. Analog free now for about 47 days. I vape 24mg and 18/16mg. More 24 than 18/16 but moving in the lower direction.
I smoked Pall Mall Full Flavor 100's. Ranging anywhere from 1/2 to a little over a pack. a day. SO... I honestly dont know what would have been BEST for me. My first e-juice bottle was 24mg. I am now on 16mg. I am hoping to eventually get down to a low nicotine and then no lower. Nicotine is something that i actually DO need for the chemical responses in my brain. My Dr has been trying to just get me on a lower mg for quite some time now, and we both feel that this is the best way to do it. He loves that now I am not having anything else go into my body.
I've actually found that I've moved higher since starting. Started at 12mg and am now at 18.

I settled down to 18mg.... when using my 901.
When using my iolite I have had to cut the 18mg in half.... (I just got the Iolite today and LOVE this thing!)

I ended up smoking Camel filters but spent most of my life smoking unfiltered Camels or a pipe with home blended tobacco (which I inhaled - talk about HIT!)
Now I am happy with 2-3 ml of 12 or so mg juice, so long as there is enough visible vapor (a big thing to my kinesthetic brain), and some well defined flavor.
This addiction is a tricky thing and few generalities can be reasonably drawn. The only thing true for sure is that getting tobacco out of the equation is the thing that matters!

I was a pack a day marbro smoker, sometimes a pack and 1/2. I started vaping 18 and 24mg, but have come down to 11, and bought some 4mg, I can go all day on the 4mg. I think part of this is just getting used to it, I am finding it much easier to adjust my nic intake with ecigs than with analogs.
