Hey guys just placing an order with freedomvapeuk, but what mix should I choose not sue now,or why....? VG or Pg or a mix of 60/40. What reasons are there for different ones..not sure but thought I read on here that vg is vapour and Pg is about th is this right or not help pls just about to order but then realised there are choices lol cheers Micky X

PG also helps deliver flavor-
the 60/40 mix is a good average startng place-
the juice wont be too thick(from the VG)and you should get ample flavor and vapor-
pure PG can be harsh on the throat and produce little vapor
pure VG has its own set of issues-one being very thick juice

i prefer a mix similar to the one you mentioned

VG: More vapor, muted flavour and throat hit. Thicker than PG; high percentages not suitable for use in cartomizers.
PG: More flavor and throat hit, less vapor. Thinner, perfect for cartos.

Personally I go for an 80/20 or 70/30 PG/VG mix as I find it's the best compromise between flavour/TH and vapor production, and it still works fine in cartos.

Also vg is a bit thicker, so it depends on what PV you're interested in. With cartos a mix is generally best so it doesn't clog and wicks better. With the exception of the clearos (in my opinion) which I like better with more vg(lots of vapor), less juice in mouth with the one's I'm using and not having wicking problems either. Your millage may vary.

It really depends on the person. I really like pure VG, or close to it, however it's a pain in the rump to use in cartomizers, especially if the flavoring is also thick.

PG bothers my throat a bit, but it's easier to use. I'm not allergic to it, or anything, it just has a scratchy edge to it, for me.

We're all different, so your mileage may vary.

Indeed, as I'm the opposite. I can't take pure, undiluted VG as it makes me cough up a lung for the vapor being too dense, but I'm fine with it in low concentration mixed with PG.

I depends on how you are vaping and how much TH and flavor you want versus visible vapor

normal atomizer - any PG/VG you want as long as it wicks faster than you vape

tanks and reservoir cartos - like the thickness of 20-30% VG

stuffing cartomizers - I get longer good performance with thin juices so I use 20% or less VG

You are 100% right my friend. Why order from overseas other than cheaper maybe. Liberty-Flights is here and in the UK. and have great beginner prices and help. Maybe you should do a little more research before ordering. It took me a month of research before I made my mind up and went 510 hardware and I mix my own juice. When you make your own juice and it taste like crap the blame goes on you. But you'll vape it anyway because you made it, and that made you feel good. Good luck and welcome.
