Be aware that the Reuleaux 200 comes in 2 versions. 1 with a DNA chip for about $160 and one with a Joytech chip for about $60. Both made by the same company and the main difference seems to be the chipset. All indications so far are that both work fine.
If you want 200W with TC and replaceable batteries then one of these is your best option currently available. That may change in a month or two though considering how fast new devices are coming out.

I honestly haven't found anything that I'd have to get right now to replace my sig 150. So far I've used a sig 150 TC, DNA 200, numerous DNA 40's and a couple of the Chinese offerings. From my experience TC wasn't a have to get because it isn't that big of a game changer for me. I don't get dry hits because I know when to drip and can see in my on the go tanks. I didn't really note a major increase in flavor using the TC sig to compare to my non TC. I use claptons in my dripper and tank .2 to .4 between 60 to 80w. The wife and I were talking last night about the what's next gear and we're still going to wait till the summer and what's the latest then. I figure the DNA 200 will be around for a while due to upgradability and tunability that the others don't offer but technology is still growing.

I just picked up an IPV3 Li 3 or 4 days ago. Uses YiHi SX330V3SL - out of the store it was capable of firing up to 165w..I upgraded the firmware(the usb cable provided didn't work..had to use one from a phone charger), now it's capable of firing up to 200w. I personally am running a .25 coil at 60w and it's fine and dandy.

While I was at the store they put a Reuleaux in my hands and it felt great to hold compared to my big chunky box.. and someone will be giving me one as an Xmas present. The DNA200 is a little more feature friendly as far as I can tell but other than that the two are very similar in functionality, both capable of 200w and temperature control. For the price difference.. I was content w/ the IPV3 Li... but for the comfort in the hand.. I can't wait to get my Reuleaux. And.. I can't say I'm going to complain about having the added life of a third battery in the mix.

I decided on the sigelei 150 tc in black. Very happy with it so far... time will tell if temp control will justify this purchase.

I'm probably going to grab up an Evic VTCmini 75w and use Innokin tanks, as I've heard good reviews for the innokin coils and tanks, and I've heard great things about the Evic mini. I'm also thinking about ordering a Tesla Two 100 watt unregulated box mod, they're very tiny, and very slick looking, with a 4000mAh internal battery, and my faaavorite type of clicky button. ;) It's probably either the Tesla Two, or I'll just grab an iStick40. I'm probably going to grab an isubG tank for the Evic, and a regular isub polypropaline tank for the secondary mod. I'm very excited to get my order in and start giving TC a go, and some higher wattages.

I'm very pleased with my selections, as I've narrowed these choices down from a list of around 13 mods in my price-range. Its been a very tough road, doing to research to figure out exactly which mods I'd choose, for my next main PV and a nice new backup device. It was tough, but worth it. The iStick has an internal 2300mAh battery. I'm going to order 2-4 brand new 25 to 30 amp 18650 batteries for the Evic Mini :) Can't wait.

The Wismec mod was a contender toward the beginning of my research, but I am a short guy with small hands and I just don't love the way the full sized mods look in my hands at all. I have no problem carrying an extra 18650 in my pocket with my extra juice bottle. VERY excited to grab these up and a big ol' 110 to 250ml bottle of some cheap RY4 and some 555 of BWB to celebrate. :) hehehe can't wait. The Evic's firmware upgradable chip and it's durable body and paint job were some of it's selling points. I also love it's screen more than any other device's screen I've seen, and to me, that's important.

Also thinking about the Kanger NEbox rather than the TeslaTwo & the iStick40, but, i've heard some terrible reviews concerning the nebox's temp control modes. Other than the temp control issue, I honestly have no issue with the nebox and love the style and size. Unfortunately, i'm probably going to hold out for the version 2... even though i'd honestly rather have this version 1 over the istick40 and maybe even the teslatwo, if kanger hadn't screwed up the temperature control feature. Sad. But I am so happy to be finally ordering whatever I do wind-up choosing, tonight, for sure! :D

Sounds like you've got it all figured out! Though I decided on the sigelei 150 tc, I still think I'm going to order a reo this week because I absolutely love the way they look.

Nice choice on the TC Sig. My nephew has one and it's a great all around box. I'd prolly get one if I were in the market for TC atm. I will own a squonker before summer though not sure if I'll track down a REO or just build one but definitely soon lol. I figure by summer the next latest and greatest TC device will be circulating and I'll revisit the need for one then.

Which of these newer TC Mods can do Stainless Steel Temp Control? The only one I know for sure can is the XCube II which I currently own.... I havent done much researching on other mods besides the XCube and want to know what else I can get that can do SS wire...(I have 316L and 304 SS currently and really want to find some 430 grade SS to try)

I will probably wait until something really innovative comes along that I cant live without... I have a Non TC Sigelei 150W a Sigelei 30W and an XCube II that does 180W(after I updated).... If the Releaux 200W can do SS TC I might seriously consider it at this time because I really like the 3 18650 batteries giving you more time to vape!

Speaking of longer battery life, this probably down the road quite a bit but I heard from a family member who vapes and is much more knowledgeable than me on vaping that the normal batteries for mods(18650s)will start to be replaced by those big square RC car batteries.... Sure would be nice to have all that extra MAH.

If you would like to try Squonking and don't want to spend a big amount you could try one of these inexpensive devices----I think there are about 6 or 7

maybe out there ----I bought this one for 25.00 but have seen it at 19.00 lately----It is called the Smokless Owl and is available in black and white and came with

this atomizer.........just a thought........

This is what I done 2 years ago to get the Extra mahs I wanted worked good -I just unplugged the cord and changed batteries 5700 mahs---Crude but worked.....Not good for todays type of high powered mods just a blast from the past...........

Nice mods you got there, trucker. I know someone with the Istick 60W TC and they seem to really enjoy it. Personally I've always preferred dual 18650 boxes but every mod has its own specific use. In particular I like using the 30W Sigelei when traveling. The last picture you shared really caught my eye, is that completely homemade? Very Impressive. I'd like to get something(or build something)5000 MAH or higher.

The stuff coming out is evolving so fast might be smart just to wait before buying anything else. I dont fully understand TC in all these new mods, someone explained to me it is like preheating an oven, to where the battery voltage jumps up the first half second to get to the desired temperature.... This is supposed to minimize dry hits im guessing and to keep the vaping experience smoother, preventing the vape from getting too hot etc.

Not sure part of me thinks TC could definitely be overrated but havent tried it successfully yet, waiting on some titanium wire to try out and some different gauges of 316L and 304 SS wire to experiment with.(although im told 430 grade SS wire is the best but is quite a bit harder to find)

I like my TC mod as I can use a dripper and never get a dry harsh hit the cotton is white and still no dry hit.

I have built a coil using Ni 200 pure nickel wire and put it in my RSST genny style atty and so far 5 tanks and no dry hits. before this every once in a while

I was getting a dry hit.......You cant use kanthal for temp control.

The mod will use Nickel and Titanium.....this mod has definitely made my drippers and genny tanks work a lot better----I would not want to give this TC mod

up....I would have to buy another soon.......It is fascinating how it prevents you from harsh hits yet seems to keep giving you lots of vapor........

I set the watts to 20 and the temp to 450 degrees and it is great flavor is consistent and vapor the same.

You can enjoy your vape at your favorite wattage and it will stay there until reaching the cut off temperature and then backs off a little to maintain that temp.

But......you never really notice the power cutting back as it does so very accurately and gently...........

I never understood the TC mods but wanted another mod so as to have a charge when I was ready and was in search for another Eleaf 50 watt mod

and the girl said they don't sell them at this vape shop anymore but were selling the 49.00 TC mod and you can vape in Power mode just like any other mod.

Or you can set it to TC mode. I wanted to be able to vape normally with Kanthal and with my tanks and drippers and with this tc mod I can do both.

So I did not understand the TC thing but said this looks interesting and went for it.

Glad I did as my vaping is now more steady and consistent and flavorfull......well worth my 49.00 dollars...

Happy vaping----thetrucker

If you have a mod that handles the wattage you vape at then you should be good . Imo, nothing has come out for quite some time that has changed the entire vape game where you felt like it was a must have.

When a mod is released that turns the vape world upside down and really does provide a superior vape thats when i will make my move .

The vape quality between the most expensive and the more affordable mods is so close to me that unless you want a specific design type it's best to hold off.
