yeah thats what it is! my buddy bought one at this shop in Europe, it comes in like this thing that is a charger but looks like a pack of cigs, its pretty cool and easy to take around, the pack holds the carts and everything in your pocket. I tried it, the vapor is good not great, but decent enough to be a daily "beater" e-cig. Anyone know where to get one?
