New(ish) vaper here. Experimented with cigalikes and decided I could give vaping a go.

After reading many reviews I decided to invest in a Halo Triton.

With my very limited experience, I think it’s fantastic. The problem is, being in the UK it carries high shipping costs and long delivery times. Furthermore, having now read more, I find the battery isn’t very interchangeable with other gear, meaning I’m very much limited to buying from Halo.

When I need to replace (or upgrade?) my Triton, what would be recommended as a similar product (in size and appearance only) readily available in the UK and more interchangeable with other gear?

You may want to post in the regional/Uk forum. I have no idea what is readily available in the UK. If you are happy with a Triton, don't need vv, want something that will last forever, had the standard 510 connection, has replaceable batteries and is similar in size to an eGo-style pv, I'd recommend a ProVape-1-

Thanks Steve, I'll take a look.

Can't post in UK forum yet.

I would upgrade to VV/VW mod like a Vamo, Zmax3 or MVP2 (least expensive of the 3 - comes complete)
I believe the Triton is 808 and ego threads (not sure, but I will be corrected shortly)

You want to get something with 510 and ego threading so that 99% of the carto's, clearo's, tanks, RDA's, RTA's that you can get at almost any vendor will work on instead of being stuck with an obsolete thread like 808(yup, I said obsolete - go ahead all of you 808 lovers and hit the little hate button in the corner, What? your obsolete version of this forum doesn't have the little hate right below the like? I'll bet your Evic doesn't have the headphone jack for mp3's either)
