What %of pg is in pg based flavors?

title pretty much says it all.

im not sure if im full bore allergic or not to pg, but i tried some 70/30 pg/vg at a vape shop and it burned everything it touched. very unpleasant. then went to another shop with 100% vg juice, the flavour was from jc classic i believe, and i was fine with the few "mouth" hits i took, but when i would lung hit i still felt some popping blister burning at the top/entrance of my lungs. I want to make my own but am nervous of investing some money into pg based flavors if theres a chance it will irritate me.

I did actually just place an order from mapvapes. so far quite impressed with their prices. But i would still like someone to answer the question i actually asked...im curious to know cause i may risk it or not.

Flavor molecules are a small % of a flavoring, it's pretty much all PG

Pretty much all of the volume of PG based flavors is PG, like Az said...

Actually I find nicotine is fairly common in vape bars/samplers.

I've only tried one that was 0 Nic.

no not even a little. didnt know that was a possibility, but have read that the liquid nic is different. iv been thinking about this alot since youve posted. im gonna do some tests to see. i kinda hope it is the nic. pg bring out the flavor better imo

So turns out I think it is the liquid nic. Iv tried pg heave juices with no nic and was fine. Then tried a vg juice with 6mg nic in it and felt a small burny tickle in the back of my throat. The 70/30 stuff I tried and had the big reaction had 24mg nic.

So id like to give a big thanks to crxess for suggesting this, since I think I like pg better than vg.
