I just received my HS RY1. I'm gonna do a 5ml test using the RY1 by itself, thinking around 5-7%. I have several vanillas and creams I'd like to try out with the RY1 for a little something different also...

How would any of these work and at what percentages for the RY1 and mixes

  • Capella French Vanilla
  • TFA Vanilla Swirl
  • FA Catalan Cream

I like the tfa vanilla swirl but I haven't tried the other two to compare them. The vanilla swirl is sort of an ice cream type but none of the off notes to my buds at least. For me, its not strong though, so I'll wind up using 4 to 5 percent where I'd think 2 or 3 percent should do.

If you have any caramel to add along with the vanilla, the ry1 will make a very good ry4 type as well.

Ha, that's what I just mixed...very tasty after two little very warm baths...but then I'm gonna mix a 30ml and let it steep a few weeks and see how that goes...made a little 5ml bottle and popped it in my KFL with a brand spanking new 1.8 ohm coil and cotton wick

  • HS RY1 - 7%
  • TFA Vanilla Swirl - 3%
  • TFA Caramel Candy - 2%
  • FA Marshmallow - 1%

the pipe tobacco is outstanding. I think I have around 8 HS tobaccos and like them all. I've been mixing them with one additional flavor of whatever I feel like at the moment. everything seems to work. one thing I noticed is the tobacco really comes through the longer it steeps. I have been mixing the tobaccos at 7% but think I can cut that down to 4 or 5 and a equal part of additional flavor. Right now i'm vaping Virginia with Coconut. at first the coconut was very present but after two weeks it's the Virginia that really stands out. I'm curious about the "Ancient" flavor and the one that is just their namesake. I imagine I will end up with most all their flavors at some point. Let us know how your mixing goes. good luck
