Somewhere out there
What setup do you find gives you the most throat hit? What PV, topper, ohms, watts, airflow, drip tip?

Most of the time I'm a casual puffer, sometimes chain-vaper, but sometimes I want more TH than I'm getting now. I feel like I want to vape less and feel it more.
I think I understand the liquid side, more PG, higher nic, I want to know if and how tweaking on the hardware side will help.

Assuming all other things being equal, the vamo, with its lower pwm chip gives me a better throat hit as compared to a provari or mechanicals which would give a straight output.

As for topper, I don't have any preference as they don't make much difference to me.

For me, it's raising nic levels and the vamo which gives me the best throat hit.

I've tried many different coil builds, spaced, chimney, dual, macro, micro, flat, twisted etc. but for me a closed 28 ga coil wrapped around a 0.052 drill bit (a #55), provided the best balance between flavor, vapor and TH. My priority is flavor first, TH second and vapor third. I'm always on the lookout for other ideas/builds just in case there is a configuration I might like better. My drippers are best but just too inconvenient to use most of the time.

I love a strong th too and the type of nic can make a Big difference. I've got some from mfs coming to see if it is now their original strong th nic. Was supposed to be one of the strongest th. If you increase the flow and the air you can up the power for more th. I am using a zmax v3 with stacked 18350 which pulses at 7v and can be run up to 24w in voltage mode. I'm using a flash evapor clone which I can run in tank mode or dripper mode. This set up has been really doing well for me. Air screw out for full air. Dripper mode is best and it can take a lot of juice if you keep it upright.

Personally, I'm not sure my setup is as important to producing TH than is the type of juice I vape. Not just the nic level but the very type and flavor of juice itself. While flavor is paramount for me, overall satisfaction also requires adequate TH and significant "lung feel". That lingering sensation you experience after exhaling a deeply drawn heavy, moist, flavor dense vapor. That's why I vape flavored NETs exclusively. A few of the retail NETs I tried were actually a bit too strong for me, and I smoked pipes and cigarettes for 40 years. Nets have allowed me to drop nic levels below 15mg and still enjoy my vape.
