I finally tried my hand at DIY, now I'm scared to try them, lol. I made 8 different flavors last night, shook them this afternoon when I got off work, they are all changing colors slightly. Not sure how long I'm gonna wait to try them but I'll be sure to report if they are yum or ack.

What sould I try first?

Chocolate~caramel fudge brownie
Blueberry Cheesecake
Smores
Gingerbread Cookie
Cinna~cherry
Waffle
Coconut Custard
Chocolate cherry

I hope just one tastes as good as it sounds~!

Awesome lynlee! Glad you took the leap, also. Here's some non-PG based flavors from PA:

Perfumers Apprentice - Flavors - Non PG

I don't know any info. on other companies who carry non-PG stuff. I'll nose around and see what I can find.

Yeah, I think one of the hardest things about DIY is testing flavors afterwards because you have the issue of maybe older flavors in your atty and then your taste buds going berserk from trying so many different flavors, then flavors changing as they meld together. It definitely takes patience, that's for sure.

Have you thought about just a 5V box mod? I used to have some, but gave them away. They are really awesome, except I think I dropped mine one too many times, you just have to be careful about it.

Redgirl offered some awesome advice! PA has MANY non PG flavors and is constantly adding. Also the tasting part is indeed hard. IDK if you have access to PGA? I keep a small bottle of PGA/PG 50/50 or you could do PGA/VG 50/50 by my side when mixing.

You can erase flavors and vape it at the same time. Just keep blowing out your atty. Blow out your flavor and put 1/2 dozen drops of your 50/50 mix in it and "puff" several times and blow out and again. Repeat until flavor is gone.

If someone has a solution for straightening out buds while DIYing I'm all ears, it all starts tasting the same and all tastes good! Once I think I'm onto something I'll stick with that alone for a day or 2 and try to perfect it. Once I know my base flavor is where I want it, then I'll shoot for undertones, or complimentary flavors.

Best test for me is when I think I got it to let it sit overnight for 2 reasons. One let it steep a little and 2 test it with fresh buds. Hope that helps and enjoy! boB

I would add just try one flavor a day you you don't taint your tastebuds with too many flavor. Went thru that a few times when receiving PIF samples. Also going back to a flavor that doesn't really stand out to you a few days later can have different results. I find patience and time a key in taste tests.

Well...I tried the coconut custard for Sensay. Wth does FTW mean?

I filled the atty last night, tried it on the GLV. It tasted exactly like butter~! Like I filled my atty with butter and vaped it. Hit it again this morning...still butter. Got home about an hour ago; still butter but I tasted a hint of coconut with it. Took the atty off the GLV and tried it in the ego.....holy crap it tastes like coconut custard~!!!! With a little butter mixed in, lol. I've impressed myself~! It still packs some throat hit though, any advice on toning that down??

after vaping it for an hour or so the throat hit has toned down or I've grown accostumed to it. I'm getting more of the creamy coconut flavor I was looking for but....I think my calculations may have been off or something because I was making 12mg juice, and I'm getting a bit high off this~! This theory will be proven true or false when I vape first thing tomorrow.

Well, apparantly I added more nic than I thought. I used the e-juicemeup calculator, input 40 drops= 1ml. I have found while combining 2 flavs into a 5ml bottle that I can easily fit 200 drops. I've been told that 20 drops= 1ml, so somehow I fit 10ml of stuff intl a 5ml bottle~! I've only tried coconut custard and waffle, both have a good taste but way too much nic.

I have some flavorings on the way, I'm going to mix the juice without nic first, then add nic when I know it's good:)
