In a regulated mod the watts you set is the watts you get and it's independent of the coil resistance. Ideally you want to focus on minimum mass, maximum surface area. Very low resistance coils are typically very high mass and have long ramp/down times and are quite inefficient.
If you can tell me what wattage you normally vape at I can suggest a coil/s.

That would be the watts at the 510 connector though.(At best, at worse could be anywhere from the fet/shunt resistor onwards depending on design/calcs)
Considering you only have 0.8 Ohms load (atty+coil), there will be a proportion of power dissipated elsewhere than the coil.

I do ponder this transfer, but always forget to measure my atty when changing coil.
Did notice that the OP's atty is gold plated for low resistance path so that will help reduce losses.
