Almost any site. 100% VG - Velvet Cloud Vapors, Virgin Vapors, any site that allows for customizing PG/VG (i.e. MBV.) 50/50 is almost universal unless the vendor has a proprietary blend (that they won't reveal.)

One thing to be aware of is that if you want true 100% VG, not just VG being the only solvent added to the flavorings/nic, you must make sure that the flavorings and the nic don't already have a PG base. That is why so many people have a hard time finding true 100% VG (no PG at all) liquids. Some vendors will claim all VG, but the nic or the flavoring may come with a PG base. Velvet Cloud Vapor carries no PG in their line of flavorings or nicotine.

As far as PG/VG at 50/50, the list is too long to mention.

p.s. There are more no PG liquids out there, I just am just comfortable mentioning the one, VCV, that I have dealt with several times. Alien Vision's has a line of 100%/no PG, but good luck getting an order in.
