What size did I goof up with this tank vs carto?

I got the 22mm IBTanked tank and hooked up my Smoktech cartos to it. This is what I came up with:

What part did I get wrong? I assume the tank I got was a mini version on accident. At any rate, IBTanked tanks are really cheap (it's the end caps that are the bulk of the cost). I'd like to order another to match the size of these cartos, but I'm not sure which size I need. Can anybody tell from the screenshot?

I ordered the XL tank, but for now I was anxious enough to hook up the standard tube and see how it is. These IBTanked tanks are definitely sweet. I definitely am a fan of them already. This is what the gizmo looks like with the Vamo V2 (but again, standard tube with XL carto).

I don't think it looks half bad. In fact, there's a small advantage to this setup. I can hold the carto and twist it to tighten it, which is nice since these particular tanks do not have flanged ends on them for flanged cartos. These particular cartos I have are flanged though, so the tank has a stopping point in terms of sliding vertically, which I like... so I'll probably continue to order flanged cartos regardless.

At any rate, definitely not regretting this purchase. Replaceable o-rings, glass tank, very nice looking, 22mm is the exact diameter of the Vamo V2 it seems, it holds onto the Vamo very securely (probably +1 to the carto for that one), it has an excellent hold on the carto via the o-rings, etc. Pretty awesome. I can't say the drip tip excited me, but it's swappable so it's all good.

The drip tip doubles as a tank tool. It is used to make it easier to fill. It also helps prevent damage to your orings.

Check out this vid to see how to use it. It's not the exact same tool, but it works the same.

The only thing I do different is I screw the carto onto my device before I start sliding my carto up and down inside my tank. I've had a couple of juice catastrophes because the carto came completely out of the tank. This seems to help.

I couldn't see what your goof was - I like using xl cartos on standard tanks. What I hate is my best looking xl tank is about forth a mm longer then the Xl carto's, which makes it a b**ch to refill. With the carto being longer, it is easier to push it down to refill. (and yes - I know a tank tool solves the problem - the problem is tank tools are small and thus are subject to getting lost).

Oh I know. I just wasn't a fan of it AS a drip tip. I think I might snap it back on and give it another chance. It's definitely a handy tool, I just wasn't sure about it at first in terms of vaping with it. It felt a little looser in the end of the carto than my other drip tip did.

Thanks for the video too. I didn't realize it served multiple purposes... appreciate it!

EDIT - Here's another question. I've never used a non-flanged carto in any tank... everything I've used, whether the tank itself has a recessed flange fitting or not, has used flanged cartos. How would non-flanged cartos in a tank work? Is it possible, somehow, someway for the tank to slide too far down? Or would the tank hit the mod and be stopped before the carto has any chance of going too far up into the tank to release the seal and therefore leak liquid?

Just went to boge non-flanged cartos in my tank and haven't had any issues. It pretty much gets stopped by the top of my mod (silver bullet) before any leaking can occur.

But now when i fill, and the tank gets snapped back into place I have to lift it up off the mod for airflow. Where as before it was stopped by the flange. But so far the boge cartos have been working great for me. So I'm fine with that tiny caveat.

I have a triple v tank and a tank tool on the way tho, so I'm sure the tool will make things easier for me.
