Just a suggestion on the syringes... Wizard charges $0.75 ea. I got a box of 100 from Amazon for $7.69 or less than 8 cents each...

Thy are not as nice as Wizard's (no Luer Lock just slip fit). On larger syringes I only buy Luer Locks because the pressure can be enough to pop the needle off, which is a Very Bad Thing. But I have not had a problem with the 1ml syringes, even with 20a blunt needles (very thin and relatively high pressure).
I found that all the 1ml and 3ml syringes I've bought (from multiple sources) lose their markings fairly quickly and once the graduation markings are gone they are useless. The 1ml in particular do not deal well with "tank cracker" juices like Ripe Banana. I've also broken them, with the plunger gasket separating from the plunger. So for the price of 10 you can hopefully get a lifetime supply and never worry about it again.
You might be able to find 1ml syringes with Luer Locks for the same or not much more. I sort of goofed when I picked these and forgot to check. The slip fits are nice for measuring concentrated nicotine, I usually don't even use a needle in order to make the measurement more accurate. I don't do that with Luer Locks because more Nic ends up in the Luer Lock than would be in the short 14ga needle I would otherwise use.
