I was snooping around this early, early morning and I ran across the below one hour (only) video on the origins of Rock and Roll. I am a history and music backstory buff and found it a good watch. Even beyond the introduced performers there were others in the bands that went on to success in their own right. Seeing the social changes, like hair cuts, style of dress, and really, the recognition of who really originated this new sound, I found the one hour video rather good.

Then I just happened to watch the R&B/R&R videos above and saw deeper into the roots. People like Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters, and so many others gave us this new energetic style that the kids of the early 50s saw. Really great to see Muddy Waters passing on to Mick Jagger and Kieth Richards. Great listen for the start of the day.

Anyway, I usually create music blocks so I can do other things with my wireless headphones on. 20-30 minutes as I am getting going in the morning because I save my collected music on my YouTube page. This historical piece is an hour and actually watching it was good. A bit of seeing music being freed to the world.
