Mondays is for drinking to the seldom seen kid

I've been working on a cocktail called Grounds for Divorce
Whoah
Polishing a compass that I hold in my sleeve
Whoah
Doubt comes in on sticks but then he kicks like a horse
Whoah
There's a Chinese cigarette case
And the rest she can keep
And the rest she can keep
And the rest she can keep

There's a hole in my neighbourhood down which of late I cannot help but fall
There's a hole in my neighbourhood down which of late I cannot help but fall

Mondays is for drinking to the seldom seen kid
Oooo
Oooo

There's this whispering of jokers doing flesh by the pound
To a chorus of supposes from the little town whores
There'll be twisted karaokee at the Aniseed lounge
And I'll bring you feather roses
But it does you no good

And it does me no good
And it does you no good

There's a hole in my neighbourhood down which of late I cannot help but fall
There's a hole in my neighbourhood down which of late I cannot help but fall
There's a hole in my neighbourhood down which of late I cannot help but fall

Someday we'll be drinking with the seldom seen kid
Oooo
Oooo

I was looking for some Youtube videos of a friend's work from the past and happened by fortunate circumstance to find Natalie Archangel's cut with Frankie Valli of the Four Seasons from her obscure "Owel" album.
I've played in three or four situation/projects over a few years with Natalie and she sang at my wedding along with other musician friends. I'm very proud of her. She's been raising kids but they've grown now.... Makes me even more proud under the circumstances (Brittany Spears?)
This is from the early '90s. Please enjoy. The music may seem dated to some but please accept it in the spirit of which it was originally performed. It works.
Thanx!
