What tank should I buy for a ipv d2?????

Im new to vaping and my friend gave me a ipv d2....im not into the dripping so I want to put a tank on it but theres so much.... Any suggestions.... Aloha

You first mate:
when you see RDA think RTA


"Draw - do you like a tight draw or do you want massive airflow? If you want the draw adjustable do you want "tight to massive" or a less total range?

Mouth to lung or Lung inhale? - do you mainly do one or the other or do you want something that will do both?

Flavour or Clouds - not an absolute trade off, but people will need to know what matters most to you

Power - will you mainly be vaping at modest watts or might you be using a 200w monster box? Will you be wanting to do modest ohmage, mild subohming, or radical subohming?

Size - nowadays most are 22mm but do you want something bigger or smaller?

Coils - single, dual or multiple? Regular coils or BIG ones?

Experience and ease of use/build - if you are new to RDAs, have butterfingers, are cackhanded or have fists like hams, you will probably want to tell people this...

Budget - even authentic RDAs come in a very wide range of prices!

I'm probably going to get yelled at for this by the Kanger haters, but I would steer you towards the Kanger Subtank Mini as a new vaper. It's inexpensive, reliable, very common so coils and replacement parts are everywhere, and it comes with an easy to use rba deck for when you inevitably want to roll your own.

They're like the F-150 of tanks...doesn't necessarily excel at anything, but does everything well.

What power do you want to vape at?

Vaping has gone mad recently.... tanks that seems great until you hear things like "I had to get it above 40 watts to vape well"....

Nobody wants the 'best tank ever' for the wrong end of the power scale.
I cancelled my order for 2 Uwell Crowns recently.
Eventually (because I wanted to try something different) I ordered 2 Kayfun Monsters. I have no idea if they will even work, but they are rebuildable so it can't be a lost cause.
(spares for the zombie apocalypse...)

Hey Ronson...........I'm a "Subtank" junkie myself. The subtank mini is a perfect fit for the IPV D2.......imo. I "run" .5ohm OCC/VOCC and also my RBA usually with a .25ohm build. One of the major points for me with the Subtanks is their versatility. Especially since I have no problem dealing with Fast Tech.

Both uwell crown and aromamizer are a safe best. Lots of flavor and vapor on both. I have the rba section for the crown and i run it at 23 watts. Aromamizer is beast and is thirsty. If you go for aromamier get the velocity style deck, super easy to build on cuz its 2 post design.

I'm also getting the Griffin RTA Any thoughts on that one?
