My first iStick TC40W was paired with a Nautilus Mini which is sitting on my RX200S at the moment and was on the iStick this afternoon while I was doing some work. Any tank you do not need more than 40 Watts is the answer to your original question.
I have an istick 30 with a Triton 2 Mini on it, running 1.2 ohm coils and vaping 12 mg juice. It hits like a champ. My only MTL unit and I like it a lot.
Who still sells iStick 30's? Anyway, a Nautilus/Triton Mini or a Nautilus 2 with the 1.6 or 1.8 ohm coils are a good fit for that. I loved my iStick 30 back in the day.
If you twist your own coils - check out the Ego One Mega V2 with the rebuild CLR coils.
Cheap- easy to build- and very tasty. Joyetech eGo ONE Mega V2 Tank
I still use three isticks, two 30s and a 40TC. One of them is over two years old now and still running fine, love them for size and with silicone sleeves the feel in the hand. I used Nautilus minis, Triton minis and a kabuki clone on them when I used Nautilus coils. The last month I've changed to Ego One V2, and Amor tanks (from totally wicked for CL series coils) on them and use the rewickable and rebuildable CLR coils. To me the CLR coils are superior to the Nautilus coils I used for over two years - better flavor, coils easily rewicked and the coils hold up to gunky juices like NETs better. Cheap as nautilus coils too you can get them At fasttech for $7 plus change a five pack. By simply rewicking they cost much less to vape (don't dry burn unless you want to try short pulses to make sure they don't glow since they have a plastic insulator). If you rebuild it's even cheaper. For MTL vaping on any mod the CLR coil tanks are my choice.
