What the hell Innovapor?

I made an order the 21st of July. Got on the phone with Mark 2 days later asking if my item was shipped he said no but within the next day. The 24th I get a confirmation that the label was printed out (That's right, printed out but not shipped). I have been checking it regularly and nothing has showed where it was. I just checked it and it just left the sorting facility in boise idaho. What the **** is going on?!?! When did you ship my package? I ordered priority shipping and still don't have my ****ing package. It was supposed to be shipped how long ago and it just now says it's leaving 4 days after the ****ing label was printed? I was going to take it with me on my trip so I ordered it early. My trip is tomorrow and can't take it with me. I have never vaped and your co. is making me want to kill myself with cigarettes. I say I should get a refund and a pack of cigs of my choosing for free.

I will be giving you a call tomorrow guys. Let's see what excuse you have for me now.

Most horrible experience I have ever had with anyone shipping something to me over the internet. He printed the label on the 24th on Friday and he just sent it out yesterday the 27th a Monday. I told him I was going on a trip today and asked why this whole time it was not shipped since he could have taken my package to the usps on Friday or the next day which was a Saturday and his excuse is. "We got behind" Well guys when it gets to me I will be writing "REFUSED" on the box. When you guys get it I will be receiving a refund.

Ordering the 21st and shipping on the 27 isn't professional at all. Well I'm gonna get ready for my trip today with any sort of e-cig.

most banks were closed.........Fri, sat and sunday in UT, ID and WY. So there is a good chance the post offices were too.

I know the feeling I too placed my order on the 21st recieved notice of shipping on the 24th it still has yet to reach the post office. I hope it gets there soon. I Ordered juice from a different company the other day so i could make sure i had enough i think i might get the juice before i have something to use it with.

I ordered my juice from another CO. the same day I ordered from innovapor. I got my juice plus some free samples free shipping and got it friday. Couldn't have asked for more from the other CO.

Well for me it's not as bad my friend ordered for another company which i almost ordered from and it's been about a month and they finally shipped his order.

I ordered a 510 on weds, and with my own fault messed up my shipping order, they seemed to take my questions and concern in a timely manor, Mark even returned a call to me stating that they were taking care of it.

My tracking right now says it left Boise, ID Monday the 27th (the day I expected it to leave after me messing up my order) and the package is enroute.


Sorry you are having problems, but their customer service for me has been fantastic thus far. They have responded via telephone and e-mail to me and have done a good job at keeping me in the loop of whats going on.

I'm running into the same problem. I placed an order on 23 Jul, my label was printed out Sunday 26 Jul.... and it still hasn't hit the USPS stream.

Seems like Innovapor is just a bunch of rank amateurs. I would have never ordered from them if I knew they were such a penny ante organization.

people need to have some patience around here. With most companies if you order on a Friday , depending on how busy they are ( yes there are probably orders in front of yours ) and depending on holidays, A Monday shipment would be pretty normal. In fact MOST of my orders from suppliers will take 2-3 days before i see a shipping notice , no big deal.

Maybe when they had few customers but not now it seems they got bigger and got big headed about themselves. I made an order of juice same day is inno from another co and got my juice 3 days later. I have had juice this whole time with no e-cig. And like I said went on my road trip without one.

Ps. Hey grim love your vids first of all. But don't you think it's a bit long if you make an order the 21st and it doesn't hit the PO until the 27th??? Especially when he said he was going to ship it on the 24th only to print the label to make me think he shipped it. I had to find out from usps he tried tricking me into thinking he shipped it seeing I got the notification of him only printing the label not shipping it.. But I'm not that stupid.

Ummm...When you check it, it reads that it is NOT notification that the post office received it, just that they were informed they were going to get it...so how is that "tricking" you?

yeah it's kind of long , but not excessively long. I'm assuming that like most vendors Innovapor is a 2-3 man operation so i just feel some slack might need be given these guys for doing the best job they can with the limited resources that they have. Not just Innovapor but a lot of vendors are doing their damndest to get these products out to us , all while dealing with customs issues , the FDA , customer complaints , and the USPS. I'm not coming down on you at all , i think we just need to be more understanding.

I used Noah and Mark when they started out. They have great CS, but I think they got bogged down when the news came out about the good CS, the unique pkgs, and the unique cases, etc. I haven't ordered from them in awhile, but know that when errors or poor CS is brought to their attention, they make good on it. If you have issues you should PM sleephater (Noah). Rusting, you're in Chicago? Haven't met many from here that know about PVs. let me know your deal...when you started, etc.

i don't like the fact that they send you a tracking number days before they even ship your order. is very misleading imo
