What the hell is going on here???

So the mailman delivered TWO packages today!! It's like Christmas around here! Got some juice from a nice lady (EleanorR!) and an order from AltCig... with a freebie of Vanilla Love from AltCig.. love that! Anyway,, I picked 5 of them, loaded up some cartos (ok, they were old cartos that I'd cleaned by boiling them... which I've done several times and always had good luck). Not one,,,, NOT ONE! of my new flavors produced any vapor and little to no flavor. I hear the snap, crackle and pop,,, but nothing happens. Did I kill the cartos? I'm using an Elite 808.. and anxiously awaiting delivery of my new kGo with some Boge 2.0 and also some 1.7 cartos. Maybe I should just wait for that to arrive. I've always had good luck cleaning and refilling the cartos.. and I know they're full.. do I need to just let them sit for a bit? I've read so much here, I kinda thought I knew what I was doing... maybe not so much! Any help is appreciated!

Sounds like the coils in the cartos are not getting hot enough. They might be firing so you can hear it sizzle but not to the point where you are going to get any significant amount of vapor. That has happened to me before. I ended up just tossing them. Also make sure your device is pushing at least 3.6 - 3.7 v. I know you probably have a fully charged device but just figured I'd mention it. Good luck.

Well, if they snap, crackle and pop they are still working. I had this happen to me too. When I vaped them for ten to twenty minutes, they came to life again: had to vape away the water that remained after cleaning. Hope this works for you.

Yeah, like jtpjc said, there is probably still water in the cartos. I recommend drying the cartos in the oven for a few hours at 200 degrees. Sometimes no matter how long they sit, they're still moist.

Thanks guys.. I think you're right! Even though I had let them sit for DAYS.. I think they was still some moisture down in the bottom. They seem to be working better on my passthrough, which (I think) runs at higher voltage than my Elite.And the Elite I was using wasn't at full charge either (doh!) Preciate the help!
