What the least irritating / best quality / smoothest nic liquid & VG?

Been vaping for 45 days but my "geographic tongue" has got so sore I've had to temporarily switch back to analogues (not happy). Tried everything to fix it, seen the doc etc etc, no joy. Been vaping 15/20mg unflavoured VG (occasional VG+2.5% menthol) mixed from Health Cabin products. So now my only option left is to try & find the least irritating / best quality / smoothest nic liquid and VG. And stuff the expense, whatever it takes, smoking analogues is not pleasant. If anyone can help out I'd really appreciate it. PS: I'm in Australia, vendors must be able to ship international.

Stress can flare up a geographic tongue and quitting smoking is quite stressful on the body.
Perhaps something as simple as making sure you are getting extra water could be of help too.

I do think I would stay away from menthols right now tho

Have you tried Biotene? Is it available down under?

It helps me a lot with dry mouth problems; mouthwash, toothpaste, lozenges, they all work.

Also, maybe 100% VG doesn't agree with you? I know that the popular wisdom is that VG is somehow more delicate than the PG, but I can't tolerate 100% VG at all. It coats my mouth and my tongue and I just can't deal with it. Maybe you should try a blend of PG and VG? I use 70/30 PG/VG blend and never had any issues.
