What the Sam Scratch is the matter with my Nautilus?

Help! The last two tanks I've tried to vape on my Nautilus have made a nasty mess of my juice. I've tried changing out the heads, but it keeps spitting, crackling and doing weird things to my juice. Advice, please!! I'm about ready to chuck this thing across the room like I did my protank 3!! I would also welcome new clearo or juice delivery solutions. Thanks!!

Tried Custard's Last Stand in it today. Not sure what ratio that is. I tend to use heavy vg juices.
