Just so you know, a few Vamos have already taken some nasty spills and survived. I've knocked mine over and dropped it several times. Someone just posted he accidentally slung his across a parking lot. Went 10' in the air and still works, though bruised a bit.
Yes the Vamo is fairly new. Mine is 4 months old and one of the first released. New is not an indication of quality or reliability.

I have and enjoy using several Mech mods. I also would hate to give up my Vamo or my eVics.

I can afford paying for a provari, problem is - since i am so new to this, i am kind of afraid of shelling out around 300$ for something i have no clue about, so was thinking of starting small, at around 100$ and i guess eventually upgrading from there.

But if, the Provari is the best out of the best, in regards to durability, vape, quality etc. Then i suppose that is the way to go.

However, i got another concern with the provari, since it is a US company, it would require for me to ship it to US for upgrades or if anything breaks within the warranty. Is that okay? Being as im from Europe? Or how does that work exactly?

Not sure where you got the $300 from, unless you are including shipment prices across the pond. As I had in my above post, a slightly blemished, full warranty, brand new Provari can be had for $140. I might be wrong, but I think any order over $100, or a full Provari kit, awards you with free shipping from Provape. I haven't a clue about international shipping, check with Provape for that info if interested. Clearance

For people here in the US, I recommend people buying only the Provari from Provape, and purchasing the appropriate batteries and charger from a less expensive dealer. You can get 2 batteries and a charger from a vendor like RTD Vapor for $40. So that totals $180, not $300.

Well, I do not know about the shipping either. I have heard that it can be risky. I can get a Provari from a Danish reseller, but it would set me back roughly 1500 Danish kroners, which equals to around 260$, put in another 40-50 bucks for the charger + batteries and there you go :p If it really was 140$ in Denmark or europe, i would have bought one without thinking i believe.

Ill check out and probably email provape about international shipping, but as also stated earlier. How about repairs? Does the american warranty work, even though im halfway across the globe? Etc. Not all companies do a full international warranty, Provape are not Sony or Samsung :p

I started vaping about a month and a half ago. I learned most of what I now know the hard way. I wish I had done more research before I bought all the equipment I have purchased. I also wish I had price-shopped, because prices vary dramatically in the vaping world. Anyway, you can get a great deal on the VAMO - check this link out - http://.........blogspot.com/2013/03/lower-chrome-vamo-deal-3469.html . Also, the best price on the batteries is at http://www.FastTech.com , at least as far as 18650 batteries are concerned. You can pick up a pair (2) of Panasonic NCR18650B 3400mah batts for $17.95 non-protected, or $19.01 protected and a case is included. Make sure to use coupon code TENOFF at fasttech. It gives you 5% off your purchase total (I have no idea why it isn't FIVEOFF lol), and make sure to use the coupon code VaporJoes11Percent on the VAMO at http://www.exhalevapors.com (You really get 11% on that one!). I hope that helps you out a bit.

I own the Sigelei Zmax v2, and really like it, but I am in the process of exchanging it for a new one because it has some issues, like the screen is crooked, sometimes it doesn't want to turn on when I put new batteries in it until I insert and remove them several times. BUT, a lot of people out there really like the Sigelei Z a lot. I don't have the link handy, but look up Mr. Busardo's review on YouTube on both the VAMO and the Zmax. Also, you can get a nice Zmax kit at http://www.vaporheads.net for $134.98. You might be able to find it cheaper elsewhere, but the owner of the shop, Gary, seems to be a really great guy, and he gives you a 6 month warranty on it. Use the coupon code FACEBOOK to get 10% off there as well. And finally, if you decide to shop elsewhere, and are looking for a coupon code to use on your purchase, make sure to check out the ECF Coupon Codes website at http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/coupons . I hope this is helpful to you!! :vapor:

Just thought, I should mention that the kit deal I mentioned at vaporheads includes 2 Panasonic NCR18650A batteries and a Trustfire TR001 bettery charger. The NCR18650A batteries are 3100mah, and seem to last a really long time, and all the reviews I have read on them are excellent. As far as something that gives a good taste experience, I have tried everything imaginable, and I feel that the best is the iClear 16, followed closely by the SmokTech DCT (Dual Coil Tank). You can pick up both items at Sterling Vapor - http://http://www.ecigsejuice.com .

One more thing, to be safer using the unprotected batteries, I am using the VapeSafe 2 which you can purchase at http://www.gotvapes.com . Unlike the original VapeSafe, the new one is reusable if it gets tripped.
