what to do when your custom order gets processed incorrectly?

So I ordered a batch of tobacco/french vanilla/coffee and i received a liquid without the coffee flavoring, which I thought was a pretty important compontent to the flavor I was trying to get. What can I do at this point? Am I entitled to complain or should i just do nothing and try to trade it for something?
I understand how it could have been processed incorrectly, because on the order the coffee was the last thing on the list:
1 x e-liquids - 1 oz. - Customize Your Own e-liquid = $15.00
Flavor Vanilla, French
Flavor Tobacco
Strength 24mg +
PG/VG mix 35% VG +
Flavor Coffee +
Looks kinda odd, dont know why its at the bottom
