B - Spritz my face with some water and walk into the president's office claiming flu
C - Be a responsible adult

I would probably hang in a bathroom stall until I heard someone come in and then make myself yak. Once that person hears that, you have backup for when you go tell your boss you are sick to your stomach.

Truthfully, knowing me, I'd probably stay at work and agonize.
