So, I'm trying to get my wife to stop smoking analogs, and I'm going crazy trying to figure out what e-cig I should get her, and I figure that this is the best place to ask.

I'm looking at the Vapor King kits, the Vapor King Ultimate Ultimatum Manual Kit especially.

I've read that the manual batteries are the best, but I'll probably just order and auto and a manual to get her started. Sound like a good plan?

Sounds like a very good plan to me. Get her an assortment of flavors and she should fall in love with the Vapor King.

V4L and Nhaler are both excellent suppliers for the Kr808D-1 cartomizers and e-cigarettes.

Speaking of flavors... She smokes Marlboro Menthol's now. Anyone have a liquid that tastes like that? Also, she only smokes 3-5 analogs per day, what nicotine strength should I get? This is a Christmas surprise, or I'd just ask her... :D:D:D

I gave up on finding any flavor that tastes like a real cigarette but maybe that's just my tastebuds. All you can do is get a variety of flavors and let her decide. I personally love cappuccino and vape it all day. I smoked Marlboro Ultra Lights and I haven't found anything that tastes the same.

I would buy her 6 to 11mg with maybe a few 0 mg in case she wants to enjoy the flavors without getting a lot of nicotine.

I'm sure more peeps will be along shortly to offer more suggestions.

Good luck!

I think it's always good to get a variety of flavors, you may be surprise by what "works". Yes get menthol, but also get "mint" maybe a "smokey tobacco" and some OTHER flavors too. I love the nutty/toffee flavor of 555 but you should also get some fruit flavors etc. I could't get off analogs till I got the "right" flavor, and it WASN'T what I thought I would like!

Great point, thank you! Is there anyplace that sells a good variety pack of cartomizers that would work with the Vapor King, or am I stuck just buying a pack at a time?

Also, can the atomizers on cartomizers be cleaned in the same way as regular atomizers? What is this "blue plug" I see people talking about using to replace the batting in their carts?

The blue foam plug is really for cartridges like on the 510..not something you're going to have to deal with on a cartomizer..
Don't know about variety packs of flavors on cartos, but they can be refilled so you can just go with samplers of different juices..(though if refilling cartos instead of worrying about blue foam, you'll want to check out someone's suggestion on "spinning method")

It's been suggested on another thread as far as flavors and samplers that a good route to go is to start with 5 different ones: a tobacco flavor, a menthol or mint flavor, a coffee or chocolate flavor, a desert or liquor flavor, and a fruit flavor... this seems to give you a pretty good spread of narrowing down what area your favorite of favorites might be in..

We have VaporKings and are very happy with them - that will be a great choice for her. The new XL batteries with the 13-second cutoff are a great option. And the pass-through's rock! Flavors are so subjective - it'll take a bit of experimentation to find what she likes best. I'd also recommend getting some blank cartomizers and ordering some other e-juices. I've been really pleased with TastyVapor.us - they currently have a nice deal going, 3 for the price of 2. Their 50/50 VG/PG mix works great in the cartomizers, lots of vapor.
