I am fairly new to vaping but I have found a few tools that I keep using when I'm doing various tasks related to PV's such as filling, cleaning etc.
What other tools do you have on hand?
I have:
- Spring hook for pulling things like those silicone seals in CE2's. TOOL METAL SPRING HOOK PULL 6" - M-120
- Very sharp knife like an Xacto.
- Tweezers 'cause my fingers are just too fat. Also good for aligning the silicone seals on those top coil Vision tanks.
- A small block of wood with four holes drilled part way through to hold things while I work on them. Two holes are sized for PV's, one is for a 30ml juice bottle and one is 6mm to hold cartos/tanks.
- Scotch tape and Shapie marker to label thinks.
- Multimeter.
- Lots or paper towels.
- Towel as a work surface.
- 510 connector epoxied to a wood handle to hold on to stuff.

My tools...

-Good quality DMM (digital multi meter) for battery and carto checks.
-Tupperware. Great for storing juice bottles.
-Re-used plastic pharmacy pill bottles. Great for safe travel with my 14650 1050mAh battery spares.
-Q-Tips. For daily cleaning of drip tips used as mouthpieces.
-Soft 100% cotton towel. Daily cleaning of my stainless steel E-Power 14650. I learned from my boat that regular polishing of stainless steel with a dry or slightly dampened cotton towel works wonders.
-Paper towels or Kleenex.
-A multi-battery charger. I like to charge up a week's worth of 14650 batts all at one time on the weekend.

I use a multimeter, one square of toilet paper per day, and a tackle box.
That is the extent of what I need to use for vaping.
:)

And I don't really need the multimeter, but I do use it, so I included it.

EDIT: I guess I should include a charger for the battery and a Liposack for charging them in.
EDIT: And I guess you can add the little drawstring sack for when I want to travel with a bunch of flavors.

My spring hook these days is a partially straightened jumbo paper clip with a tiny hook formed on the end.

I have a pair of long and slender needle nose pliers and another pair with angled jaws.

There's the toothpick that I use for cleaning narrow slots, and forming little passages in carto filler to aid in soaking up juice.

There's the syringe that is used as needed.

I have a $3 turkey baster that I use here and there when I want to try cleaning a few cartos. I usually microwave some water in a 16oz styrofoam cup that I can throw away when through. I don't want anyone using it after I contaminate it with nic juice.

I do have one pair of standard tweezers and a pair with scissor grips.

I use a lot of paper towels. When I wash my hands, I save the paper towel and allow it to dry out for use in cleaning up after filling cartos and to clean the well in the battery after I flood a little juice and need to blow it out!

Hmmmm, where to start.....

Besides most of what the OP listed I have a,

Dremel rotary tool, various tips, drill bits, cutoff wheels
Soldering iron
Helping Hands (Harbor Freight Tools)
Luger fittings for bottle caps, fits the syringe needle right on the bottle
Foam tipped makeup Q-tips, doesn't leave little cotton fibers behind when cleaning
Old ash trays, (cleaned thoroughly) to hold filled cartos, tanks
Spare switches, boxes, atty connectors for possible needed repairs
Needle nose pliers for when tweezers aren't enough
Shot glass for dipping 306 attys (dipping was pre-dripping for exposed bridges)
Plumbers teflon tape for leaks where conductivity is not an issue
Shrink tubing in 7-8 sizes

Lastly a flashlight that operates as a flashlight to peek inside attys and cartos.....
