Sorry I appreciate everyone's help the shops near me aren't the best

I know they have
26g and 24g kanthal
28g Pure nickel
And nichrome resistance wire

which of these do you think would be best, thanks everyone!

I'd go with 24g nichrome. Native Wicks platinum would be my pick of commercial wick, but I like Sally's/Graham's Cellucotton Rayon coil best.

Hey there, can anyone please recommend me what type of wire I should get for my rda? I'm currently running the Tsunami 24mm not sure what wire to get but pref something not too expensive and that I can find in stores
I would go with Stainless Steel wire.

Better flavor
Can be used either in power or Temp Control

@Raymundo Domango,

I am sorry for the uncalled for and unkind statements of some of our members. Here at ecf, we help people, whether or not they take our advice. You wanted options and experiences and most seemed to be happy to help. Those members who were unhappy should not bother to answer newbie questions if they feel so put out their feelings get hurt. To those members I say ' Put your big boy pants on and move along....'
geez

You must be a millennial... please re-check the thread, questions and comments to the OP were asked for clarification, to which he did respond with much more clarity, and more advise was given.... by the same people that you're accusing.

As far as I can see, it's all good, the OP got even more advise for it and didn't take offense to anything (which none was the intent), the only out of place comment at this point would be yours as you're making this into something that it isn't.

Just an observation...

Gee, I didn't see any particular members names mentioned. If the shoe fits......... And I did take offense to the way you shamed him into apologizing for having done nothing wrong, because you told him he was wasting your time. May be time for you to get that new set of glasses, because we don't treat members this way. The OP must have also felt he had done something inappropriate or why else would he apologize for the invisible infraction?

Oh, and if the millennial comment was meant to intimidate, well, lets just say it was really a compliment, no matter the definition.

Yes, Stainless is fine in either mode.

You can dry burn it to work out hot spots, but as for any metal, I always recommend that you only do a quick pulsing to get a very low glow (in a dark area to see it as soon as possible).

Why ask for recommendations if you're just going to go with "whatever they have"?

Sorry if I sound blunt, but people took the time to reply to you and well...
Maybe because he felt, after everyone added opinions, confident that whatever the vape shop sells will work well? Why are you so upset you didnt "win" the opinion battle?

P.S. My Vape > Your Vape!

^^ Facts!

LOL.. says the pot. What do you think you're doing now?
The OP got it a lot better than you did, he didn't take "offence" like you have.

He realized that he didn't provide us with enough info in reference to his comment, so he did, and we discussed things quite properly, and we continued with a wicking question, and if he has more questions, I would be more than happy to continue to assist him.

And you didn't understand the millennial reference I see.. oh well... Anyways, this is pointless and not providing anything of value to anyone, so let's just end it..ok?

You are quite right, this is pointless as you have yet to see the error of your ways. And if you have resorted to name calling, then you are definitely lost. I can assure you that I am not this:

Millennial: A term used by insecure idiots to dismiss somebody aged 10-35.
So now I am done.

hmmm.. no... and you're feeding this.

Since you are incapable of getting it and the worse part is YOU DID THE NAME CALLING RIGHT HERE...oy...

Millennial: someone that is offended over anything and everything, regardless how menial it is.

There was no error to post something to obtain clarification, but there is error in what you're doing right now.

Ok guys. Let's end this. My comment was shaming, the OP can do whatever he wants to do. If he feels more comfortable using Kanthal so be it, use Kanthal. I was simply giving my opinion and he didn't take it but I have the idea he pretty much had his mind made up he was going to use Kanthal "because his LVS sells it". I even mentioned in my comment that I wasn't trying to sound mean if it was coming across that way. I was simply saying to step outside his comfort zone and try something new. I know personally speaking anytime I do, most times than not I'm glad I did but also sometimes have to be "nudged" into doing so. Broadening horizons is how vaping came to be what it is now instead of staying like it was 4 or more years ago. Trying new things, building new coils, etc. I also mentioned in my post where he can get good wire for cheap and quick shipping rather than just "settling" for what his LVS has in stock. I even told him that he had no reason to be sorry and that we all have been in his shoes before. Then he proceeded to ask our opinion on wicking. If he felt that he was "shamed " for asking the first question do you think he would have asked about the cotton? I know if I felt that way I would be done with that post but because we told him we have been there to and there was nothing to be sorry for he continued to ask more questions to gain more knowledge that we were willing to share with him.

He is probably reading all these comments and I just want to let him know he did NOTHING wrong by asking the questions he did. If he needs anything in the future I bet we wouldn't hesitate to help him gain more knowledge that we are more than happy to give.

So to everyone, could we just get back to the post at hand instead of fighting. Like NU_FTW says, "My vape > Your vape".
