It's tricky because some vendors just rename TFA and others' flavorings and rebottle them in non-approved, possibly unsanitary facilities. I don't think they should be able to do that because it's against health & safety regulations for a reason. It wouldn't be that difficult to contaminate flavorings and at least with eliquid the nicotine would kill off much of it unlike the flavorings which could allow it to grow. That's why there are stringent FDA regulations regarding flavorings and rebottling them doesn't make them exempt from these laws. I've been bothered for quite awhile about how TFA and some others do business circumventing these regulations. Even if they are made elsewhere they're still bottling them in different sizes and in California especially the laws are very strict about that. The same would go for DIY Flavorshack and others.

Wow good dog, I guess I never thought of it that way. So I your opinion, they may not be safe? I only asked because I know DIY flavor shack, blue mist, ahlusion, flavor west, and a few others that I can't think of claim that they have their flavors made or they do them themselves, like I know highbrow does some of their own extractions. What about virgin vapor, don't they make their on as well?

My original reason for asking was to find out which one of the lessor known vendors ppl were using, now I am not sure where to go.

I don't know that I would go as far as saying they aren't safe but it should be a concern. I prefer using companies that follow FDA regulations and state sanitary laws. It's widely accepted in the e-cig industry that companies rebottle but that still doesn't make it legal. I seriously doubt most of them have the facilities to be in compliance with their state health & safety codes. Capella, LorAnn, Bickford, and probably Flavor West are some that have the facilities and are FDA regulated. Their compliance isn't something easy and all batches are recorded in case there's a need for a recall. Can you imagine if there was a recall on one that is sold by someone like OneStop? It would be very difficult to track down which batch it came from. Look on your Capella bottles, they all have batch and lot #s.

I have actually experienced this with some TPA iv bought . Sometimes id get the same flavor again from TPA and it tastes completely different from the first one . Iv also ordered from a few TPA resellers where the same flavor wasnt even the same color or taste. This has happened to me with one FA reseller as well. It would be impossible to tell what happened as all thats written on the labels is the flavor name.I know im not the only one either since iv read that it has happened before.
