What vendors have the best shipping prices for juice?

I am getting tired of liking only 1 juice from 1 vendor and having to pay $5.95 priority mail price for just 1 juice. I want to know more vendors that have the option for first class shipping, and under $3.

Some of them don't even send priority and still charge way too much.

I like Vaperite shipping price for only $1.89 first class but their juices are too many ml and expensive. I've tried them once and the only thing keeping me from going back are the big 18ml bottles, without option to buy smaller except for the samples but those are too small.

Shipping is the reason I order a couple of 30ml bottles at a time. It just makes sense once you decide what you like.

I'm a big fan of Backwoods Brew. A 30ml bottle of the good stuff is $16.50.
