What wattage should I use for a 4 ohm wick atomizer tank?

Picked up a Vmax Mini earlier this week. So far so good. Only problem is I keep burning out the atomizers. I use Smoktech Vivi Novas.

What wattage/voltage should I be running at? It's been a little harder than I expected to find this stuff.

Where'd you get 4 ohm Vivi heads? You might want to double check the ohm rating. That seems very high.

Just set your mod to about 5 or 6 watts to start, then turn it up from there until you're happy with the taste and vapor. Probably won't be able to run a stock Vivi head much past 8 watts.

They come with 1.8 2.4 2.8 ohm coils. Maybe you rebuilt them? tank holds up to 4ml juice if that is where you are getting the "4" from. Like previous poster stated, start low 5-6 watts and work up till it tastes good.

If it is 4 ohms, you could run at 5Volts, or about 6 Watts. but I've haven't seen an option for 4 ohms on a stock coil head.

More than likely the 5watt suggestion from above is right on the money with a normal stock coil.

I can't find it now, but there is a wattage chart circulating. do a search on this forum; start low and work your way up.

madvapes. the guy at the store originally told me 5.5v. i burned 3 out in about 3 days.

when i went back the other guys there said i should be at 4.8v.

still wanted to check on the wattage though because i think it tastes a little better with these liquids.

and yep. double checked. the pack says 4 ohms.

keep in mind this isn't the Vision Vivi Nova. it's the SmokTech version. looks identical except has a spring connection for battery and the rubber in the center seems to do a little better job stoping leaks.

If it is a v-max it will not do watts and the voltage is way off on it.

So you don't have an ohm meeter? Maybe you can borrow one? I would want double check that. If its burning out, just turn it down...
