I can't run out of juice. Nicotine may not be available, but unless they outlaw Farming, Soap making and Cooking, I can Always make eliquid!!! As to Nicotine, I'm not so sure I need it now. Former 2PAD Little cigars, started vaping on 48 mg Nic and now I'm down to 3mg after close to 4 years. My nic stash will handle a few years at reduced nic.

It's looking like I'm going to have to ween myself from vaping way sooner anyways. Between cars breaking down left and right and twin toddlers, I'm too broke to even afford diy juice from a buddy. And now my main mod died, and my backup is on its last legs. That with the 40% upcoming tax in my lovely state makes affording my only hobby impossible. Bye bye, vaping.

Too bad when the chickens stole all my mods and stuff, they also got that little bit of nic I had left. That's not the worst of my problems. I can't sell their eggs for a couple weeks until the nic gets out of their system. The eggs are currently a tobacco product.

What will you do if/when you completely run out of E-juice after stockpiling?

Unlike mods, attys and gear which can be stored for decades, stockpiling mixed juice especially retail juice is problematic. I suppose most people will either quit, resume smoking or break down and pay -whatever- retail juice ends up costing once manufactures begin tacking on the expense of FDA applications/compliance and states begin imposing cigarette level taxes on these newly deemed "tobacco" products. -Ouch-. Feeling the economic sting from paying -draconian- prices many who thought they could depend on retail juice being available and affordable will then consider DIY mixing. Unfortunately, by then it'll be too late. I don't believe liquid nic will be available and or affordable, the states are -far- too greedy to allow that loophole to remain open. Those who didn't bother to stockpile adequate amounts of liquid nic while it was inexpensive are doomed to fall prey to the government's extortion scheme. Cha-Ching!

I didn't stockpile juice, retail juice will only keep for so long and that isn't nearly long enough to be a viable long term solution. Even -if- you could store retail juice in a freezer -without damaging the flavor- how many people could afford to buy fifteen years worth? It'd cost me around $24k, how about you? I decided to approach the problem in a completely different manner and began "preparing" back in 2013.

I vape NETs and hybrid-NETs exclusively, they're why I started vaping in the first place. I set out to learn how to -manufacture- my own and that's when I discovered ECF, the "Liquid Extraction From Tobacco" sub-forum popped up in a Google search, I joined and began participating in the extraction forum. It took a couple of years to master but I make my own NETs for $0.03 per ml and that includes the cost of liquid nic. Fortunately, unlike mixed juice liquid nic -will- store for decades if stored properly so I stockpiled enough to go the distance. Bought in bulk only when on sale 20 years worth of quality liquid nic could be had for around $200 shipped. I've got enough stored for myself and friends/family.

While it took years to achieve I'm totally self-sufficient and -immune- from all the state and federal nonsense. I personally consume around 200ml of juice monthly and my cost will remain $6 per month long after retail prices for the same amount reaches $300... or more.

Well I guess I will just order more because my favorite DIY supplier just sent out an email how they are already compliant and they will be here for a long time. In terms of Gear if the FDA Damning Regulations are not thrown out then there is always China and DHL. So do your part and sign the petition.

U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, President of the United States: Reject the FDA's Deeming of Vapor Products as Tobacco Products

Which supplier? If that's true that's awesome.

Dear Liquid Barn Customers,

On August 8 2016, the FDA's strict new rules & regulations for the vaping industry will go into effect.

You can find a complete list of new legislation here, but here’s what matters to you now:

Winter is coming

August 8 marks the beginning of the “Freeze Period.” All ENDS (Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems) must be submitted to the FDA for clearance before then, or face stiff penalties. No new/unregistered products can be sold after this date.

No need to worry

Whether you use Liquid Barn liquids in your eLiquid or your favorite recipe, rest assured that the product you’re enjoying is of the absolute best quality and will continue to be available to you. Before these new FDA measures were even in place, Liquid Barn was – and will continue – complying with all regulations.

Our Commitment

We’ve taken extra measures to surpass the guidelines by working closely with industry leaders, regulatory firms, and work groups set in place to meet with the FDA/CTP.

Your safety and satisfaction is important to us. As the most trusted name in vaping, we guarantee it’ll stay that way.

For Tastemakers

Liquid Barn is here to give you the creative control of your vaping experience.

Whether you’re a DIY’er, a casual user, or a frequent vapor, we want you to customize your experience and take control.

YOU are the Tastemaker.

What’s next

We'll continue to keep you updated as the FDA implements these changes. More than just compliance – we have some great updates ahead.

In the coming weeks, you’ll also notice a few changes to our products and site. Stay tuned.

Thank you for your loyalty.

This is coming from a fellow Pennsylvania resident. If your goal is just to quit vapeing and smoking, I can respect that. But please don't be so fast to give up on vapeing because of our "lovely state" there are thousands of us fighting this ridiculous injustice. Realistically I honestly don't know our chances. But I for one, as many are digging in and hanging on! There's always a way. I'm not made of money either, I'm forever finding a way to prepare on a budget. Just last week I picked up my favorite mod online. Used and battered, retailed for $171.00 I found it for $60.00. Just needed a little polish, a little tweaking and a lot of love. Now it's better than brand new. My point, hang on! Don't ever give up, keep fighting! When we get discouraged and quit, we play right into BP's plan.

And no matter what we say, it seems the FDA has given itself the authority to alter or add to their regulations, in the regulations themselves, which are written in such a way as to allow them to interpret them any way they see fit anyway. I don't see how there is a way to win. I believe they saw to that. I don't see how it's legal though, to include in a law a provision that the law can be changed at a whim with no notice and no oversight required. Is there any other law that does this?
Obama Care i believe..

You can always take it upon yourself to stock up over the next 180 days and be set for 20+ years. What you need is a plan.... where would a "Vape Stocking Action Plan" be located?

TLDR:

I have two gallons of Nude Nicotine Armor v1/v2, and I'm getting ready to purchase my third gallon. The nic is split up in two different freezers, 30 miles apart, on two separate electrical grids. If I run out, something very unexpected went wrong.
