What wires can i use?

Hi guys i got a ipv4s and currently i know that i can use nickel and ti200 wires. Just want to know if theres a diff between ti200 and pure titanium wires?
Also i see that hardware shops stock SS wires. Wondering if i can use it? Or will it explode?

Its Ni200 and Ti grade 1.
Ipv4s has no support for SS wires, you can use SS wire in normal power mode but not TC mode on the ipv4s. 316 SS wires are ok to use. (It will explode if mod has auto detection of wire)

SS wires can be used.
Its the same stuff that Gplat wires were made of.
Try to get some 316L and 317L.

Not every mod supports SS though, but those with upgradable firmware should in future, using SS for temp control.

^ SS wires appear almost the safest of wires to use In TC mode, considering the titanium dioxide and nickel concerns.
But best not to use on mods that don't support it.

You can use SS 430 and probably 410 on TC (with temp offset). NiFe52 seems to be the way forward though.

If you ever use nickel for wire, never ever dry burn it. Especially if you got nickel allergy (skin rash when wearing nickel ring/ear piercing)

Dont vape nickel in anything other than TC mode, don't pulse your coils like you normally would on kanthal. Never get it red hot and you should be fine.

I'm not sure, but just stop using it when you see a white powdery coating, TiO2
Wouldnt use pure titanium on a non TC mod personally.

don't think you can use ni200 or TI in variable wattage mode. IIRC, these two wire have quite low resistance, somewhere below 0.1? I'm not really sure,tried to find it on google but meh, google is a jungle. P.S TI wire have similar chemical properties to Kanthal.
