I love my cinnamon vape...and it's a very strong cinnamon. I've always dripped on regular atomizers and love the taste I get out of them - my mouth burns, I can feel it on my tongue and the back of my throat.

But I recently got a vivi nova, and love the convenience of a tank. It works well for other flavors, but cinnamon would destroy the plastic tank. So I got a metal tank and tried that.

It vapes ok, but I get very little flavor - it just tastes sweet, not the full mouth burning of my beloved cinnamon. I noticed cranking up the voltage on my adjustable battery gives a bit more flavor, but at 5v (as high as my current mod goes) and a 1.8ohm coil it still doesn't get much flavor. I think the metal tank may be acting like a giant heat sink.

Anyone know any tricks to getting better flavor out of the vivi nova? Are there other tank type atomizers that work well with cinnamon flavors?

Yes! Yes! Yes! I love my cinnamon tooooo!! Sooo yummy! I learned the hard way. Now I mainly use carto tanks. Most of mines are either poly or glass tanks. Carto tanks are easy to use once you get past the learning curve of priming the cartos. Oddly enough I like my cinnamon juices in the poly tanks better than the glass. I don't know why it tastes different in the glass but for me it does. If you're not interested in messing with cartos I believe that the protank is safe as well.

I found that viva novas muted the flavor for me as well. Something about the juice having to travel up the wick from what I understand. The protank coils are at the bottom so it may be a pretty good alternative. I can't say for sure since I haven't used them but they seem to get a lot of love from other members.
