I just received an ego-twist kit that I ordered. I ordered the kit with one white battery and one pink battery as it was an option on their site. I opened it up and both batteries are pink. So is both of the atomizer bodies. I work construction and cant exactly pull out a 7 inch pink e-cig at break. I emailed the company and told them of the switch up and asked if they would exchange it for me. They replied and said yes they could but I have to pay all the shipping charges. Is that what most Canadian venders do?

You could whip out a 7 inch pink device if you were man enough. j/k :).

I've seen lots of sites, not just vaping ones, pull the same thing when they make a mistake with an order. I would ask them why you have to pay for a mistake that they made? If you know someone who would like a pink one ask for a discount on a white one with free shipping. Or do the same and keep the pink one as a backup, always good to have a backup no matter the color.

That tics me off frankly. Similar happened to me. I ordered my very first battery in black with black cartomizers. They sent a stainless battery instead. How could anyone make that kind of mistake? I wasn't a member here at the time but if I were you and what has been suggested doesn't work, I would tell them I intend to do a negative vendor review at ECF. I don't think there are any vendors that don't know about ECF. Word of mouth hurts and they're stupid for treating you that way.

Thank you Myyrkezaan. I have already found some good stickers to cover it up. My wife is stoked because she thinks she has two batteries but she wont be happy when she finds out this is how I justify myself getting an e-Vic. They don't come in pink and I can order it from my favourite vender, NicFitNation. They would replace the battery no questions asked. The only problem is they dont sell nic juice.

Thank you Patkin, I have been a member on ecf for quite awhile and I see many people post on how great their vender is and how they fixed any mistake at no cost and throw a couple samples in for good measures. I didnt want to say their name until I get a final email back saying they really are not going to pay for shipping. Then I will do a review.

if a warranty issue it would be common for you to pay the shipping to send it back but this is def not the case, this is this vendors error and they should correct it for you. please speak out on what vendor this is as this is not good form a negative review of canada vendor will do nothing but get lost in the negative reviews and would be futile you better off posting the vendor name here so we know if they made it wright or not

They had finally sent me an email back saying the option I picked for a White/Pink kit was not meaning one white and one pink battery but white cartridges with Pink batteries. I guess miss communication. I will from now on send several emails confirming what I exactly need before I place my order. Thank you all for the responses.

That's crummy that that happened to you, BUT if I were you, I'd just let your wife have them both! She's going to want to have a back-up anyway, then you can get the model you really want!

I LOOOVE my Pink e-Go! :D I always take both units out with me, and will often pass one to a friend who wants to vape on it for awhile.
