Hi all, I am looking into getting a new toy for myself. Right now I am using a smoov unit. Looking for something that will last longer but at the same time won't break the bank. I have looked at a riva kit, talon tank system, ego 510, ego-c, and lambo. They all are starting to look alike to me. I have looked at each vendor and now just need some feedback on these units. I want to keep the price to less than a $100. Too many choices and not enough money.

2 twists + random clearo/vivi starter kits with battery charger and case run around $75.

lambo/young june lava tube 2.0 kits run about $75 not including the clearos.

you can even piece together a bolt fixed voltage mod or something similar for around $100 with batteries charger and the juice delivery option of your choice.

i started with option 1 and already upgraded to option 2. not because i dont like my twists.... in fact i love them and plan to continue to use them for going out and work. i just wanted something with more tech goodies including an ohm reader for cheap. there is a good chance it only needs to last me until tax refund time when i will be seriously considering a provari but it NEVER hurts to have backups IMHO.

650 twists for a 2-3ml a day person like me last about a 6ish hours but i have managed to kill it once in about 3 hours chain vaping over the weekend lol. one charger at home and one at work + carrying my little kit with 2 650s works just fine for the whole day fyi and I don't feel you can go wrong with that setup.

here, there and everywhere
I just ordered the Itaste MVP. It is a slim box style mod BUT the battery only has to be charged every 1 1/2 - 2 days, even for the heaviest of vapers. I also like the L-Rider Robust and the battery should last around 12 hours before needing charging. I ordered that too lol Between these 2 mods, I am going to be set for quite a while (or at least until I decide I want something else) lol

Robust: The L-Rider Robust Variable Voltage PV You will need batteries and a charger so total out of pocket $75 - $80
MVP: Innokin iTaste MVP, Box Style Variable Voltage VV Mod, E Cigarette or here: iTaste MVP VV Box Mod 2600mah 3.3-5.0v by Innokin - RUGGED STEEL [gv-iTasteMVP-STEEL] - $69.95 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more No batteries needed and comes with a pass through cord. (I think gotvapes has a 10% off entire purchase coupon for Friday)
MVP: iTaste MVP | Starter Kits | iVAPE coupon code fightback1

I use the vivi mini nova tanks already so I won't need anything but the device. Make sure you check out specials/coupon codes too. Lots of deals out there right now.

I've heard good things about this Vamo. The price should be something like 50 dollars.

Vamo Detachable Mod_Ecigator
+1 for Vamo (aka Etna, EgoVW, LT VW, Eagle mod, etc.) if you're on a budget. You can get it for <$40 shipped if you shop around, but make sure the vender carry the v2 which added a insulator disc in the battery tubing to address some safety issues (discussed here).

New product for 2013 lavatube electronic cigarete Provari VV Mod Vamo body only - Zainy - Electronic Cigarettes
eGo Variable Volt/Watt APV V2 (Only Body) [D-B4 APV] - $39.00 : Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail

Hi all..I'm using l rider robust with mini nova tank settings..can anyone guide me the best voltage for optimal usage settings?plus can the 14500 650mah 3.7v battery changed to any usb pass through cable?or can the 650mah be upgrade to more higher eg. 1000mah but the 14500 & 3.7v maintained?any thoughts or options?thanks in advance

When I still ran nova tanks on my provari I ran the 1.8 ohm heads at 4.8v and was happy... Not sure on the passthru, as for batts... There are tons out there but I've always used the AW IMR (orangish red) high drains and I believe you can find 1000mAh 14500's
