I also couldn't find any suggested % for the OSDIY flavorings although what I have done so far with them has been good

From your list I might try one with english toffee with a bit of butterscotch and a touch of vanilla, and another of the same with some of that tobacco blend added.

Coconut/Vanilla, Orange Cream/Coconut, Strawberry/Lime

Awesome ideas, don't know what happened when I selected the list I had all kinds of ideas and then they showed up and I had my own little DIY version of writers block.

Make small 5 ml test batches of each flavor on it's own so you get an idea on what each individual flavor taste like. I'm sure once you've done that inspiration will take over.

TFA's Cinnamon Red Hots is fantastic at 7% with a bit of sweetener.
